Une nouvelle mise en pratique de la politique de l\u2019entreprise d\u00e9j\u00e0 reconnue \u00e0 travers son CEO, Jean-Paul Teyssen, reconnu en tant que Peoplesphere CEO of the Year, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la 25\u00e8me HRM Night le 3 avril dernier.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Ce lundi 1er septembre donc, les collaborateurs de Carglass\u00ae recevront l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de prendre deux heures de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires pour d\u00e9poser leurs enfants \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole ou pour aller les chercher en fin de journ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la rentr\u00e9e scolaire. Les collaborateurs qui n\u2019ont pas d\u2019enfants, peuvent librement prendre ces deux heures dans le courant du mois de septembre.  Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des 800 collaborateurs de Carglass\u00ae Belgique ont des enfants qui d\u00e9buteront une nouvelle ann\u00e9e scolaire en maternelles ou en primaires le 1er septembre. \u00ab La rentr\u00e9e scolaire reste un moment sp\u00e9cial et important pour les enfants et leurs parents. M\u00eame quand les enfants sont plus grands, de nombreux parents tiennent encore \u00e0 les d\u00e9poser \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole ou les rechercher personnellement \u00bb affirme Bart Lambrechts, HR Director de Carglass\u00ae. \u00ab Nous estimons qu\u2019il est important de donner \u00e0 nos collaborateurs l\u2019occasion d\u2019accompagner leurs enfants pour la premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e de l\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire et avons donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de leur offrir deux heures de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2012, Carglass\u00ae a intensifi\u00e9 son programme consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 de ses collaborateurs sous la d\u00e9nomination \u201cZensations\u201d en y int\u00e9grant l\u2019aspect de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie priv\u00e9e et vie professionnelle. \u00ab Trouver cet \u00e9quilibre n\u2019est pas une chose facile ou \u00e9vidente. Avec cette action, nous voulons soutenir davantage nos collaborateurs.
