Cet AR, qui s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de la loi de 1948 portant organisation de l\u2019\u00e9conomie, est la base du travail syndical des repr\u00e9sentants des travailleurs et travailleuses au sein des conseils d\u2018entreprise. La CSC estime qu&rsquo;une actualisation s&rsquo;impose.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement un outil indispensable dans l\u2019exercice de la d\u00e9mocratie \u00e9conomique et sociale gr\u00e2ce au droit de regard syndical sur la situation de l\u2019entreprise, sa strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement et ses perspectives, y compris en termes d\u2019organisation du travail et d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Le Conseil central de l\u2019\u00e9conomie s\u2019\u00e9tait fix\u00e9 en 2020 l\u2019objectif de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer cet anniversaire en modernisant la l\u00e9gislation, qui sans perdre de sa pertinence, doit aujourd\u2019hui se mettre en phase avec les grands d\u00e9fis actuels et futurs.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les syndicats, il s\u2019agit d\u2019int\u00e9grer dans la l\u00e9gislation existante :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>les objectifs de durabilit\u00e9 des entreprises ; <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>le lien entre les informations \u00e9conomiques, financi\u00e8res, sociales et environnementales ; <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>la prise en compte de la part croissante des entreprises faisant partie d\u2019un groupe multinational, dont les centres d\u00e9cisionnels sont situ\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019autre bout du monde et dont les plans d\u2019avenir sont m\u00e9connus ; <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>la possibilit\u00e9 pour les repr\u00e9sentants des travailleurs de recourir \u00e0 une expertise externe afin d\u2019\u00e9laborer des propositions alternatives cr\u00e9dibles en cas de risques de discontinuit\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s, combinant les objectifs \u00e9conomiques, sociaux et environnementaux.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit \u00e9galement de garantir le respect des droits d\u2019information et de consultation des travailleurs.euses gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des contr\u00f4les et sanctions effectifs.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, la CSC dit devoir constater avec regret l\u2019\u00e9chec du dialogue social autour d\u2019une actualisation de l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal IEF.
