Les besoins sont particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour les administrateurs des ressources humaines, les sp\u00e9cialistes de l&rsquo;acquisition de talents et surtout les sp\u00e9cialistes de la paie.<\/p>\n<p>Stephanie Cnops souligne que la demande de sp\u00e9cialistes de la paie exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s ayant au moins 3 \u00e0 5 ans d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience n&rsquo;est pas seulement due \u00e0 leur autonomie et \u00e0 leur maturit\u00e9, mais aussi \u00e0 leur connaissance approfondie de la l\u00e9gislation sociale et \u00e0 leur multilinguisme. Leurs efforts et leur investissement dans la fid\u00e9lisation rendent ces sp\u00e9cialistes de la paie extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9cieux pour les organisations.<\/p>\n<p>Dans plusieurs secteurs, le besoin de talents en ressources humaines appara\u00eet important.
