Et tout le monde y gagne.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>D\u00e9passer les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>On parle de neurodivergence chez les personnes dont le cerveau, et donc le mode de pens\u00e9e et le rapport au monde, fonctionnent diff\u00e9remment de ce qui est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme la \u00ab\u00a0norme\u00a0\u00bb. C&rsquo;est le cas, par exemple, des personnes porteuses d&rsquo;un TDAH, d&rsquo;autisme ou de dyslexie, ou encore des hauts potentiels.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Ces diff\u00e9rences sont trop souvent per\u00e7ues comme un handicap et non une force\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> d\u00e9plore Daphn\u00e9 De Troch, de la start-up gantoise Bji\u00e8n. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Pourtant, ces personnes ont plus de facilit\u00e9s \u00e0 identifier des m\u00e9canismes r\u00e9currents, imaginer des solutions ou formuler de nouvelles id\u00e9es, par exemple. Chez Bji\u00e8n, nous tentons de d\u00e9passer les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s et de permettre aux personnes neurodivergentes de mettre leurs atouts \u00e0 profit au travail, justement. C\u2019est aussi tout b\u00e9n\u00e9fice pour les employeurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Accompagnement des entreprises<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pas moins de 15% de la population mondiale est neurodivergente. Pourtant, bien des entreprises ne connaissent pas bien le concept de neurodiversit\u00e9. Pour y rem\u00e9dier, Bji\u00e8ndonne des conf\u00e9rences, des pr\u00e9sentations et des conseils sur la neuro-inclusion. La start-up propose des ateliers pratiques aux entreprises et les accompagne notamment lors du recrutement et de l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des nouveaux travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>Dietrich Moerman : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Bji\u00e8n aide ainsi les organisations \u00e0 construire des \u00e9quipes r\u00e9silientes et productives, dans lesquelles les personnes neurodivergentes se sentent bien. Tout le monde y gagne.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les fondateurs de Bji\u00e8n sont des experts du v\u00e9cu : ils sont eux-m\u00eames neurodivergents et peuvent s\u2019appuyer sur une longue exp\u00e9rience dans la direction d&rsquo;\u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Apr\u00e8s le succ\u00e8s initial, l\u2019ambition pour l\u2019avenir<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bji\u00e8n collabore depuis septembre 2022 avec des organisations telles que le Voka, l&rsquo;Arteveldehogeschool, la European Climate Foundation, Eleven Ways et la VVBAD. En novembre 2023, l&rsquo;organisation a \u00e9t\u00e9 agr\u00e9\u00e9e comme prestataire de services par l\u2019organisme flamand Werk en Sociale Economie (Emploi et \u00c9conomie sociale).
