Il accompagne les deux premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques (inventaire et analyse des risques) et constitue le point de d\u00e9part de la troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape (prise de mesures). Les outils de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et questionnaires sont disponibles en ligne sur le site du SPF Emploi, Travail et Concertation sociale.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bas\u00e9 sur le mod\u00e8le \u00ab\u00a0Job Demands &#8211; Resources\u00a0\u00bb (Demerouti, Bakker, Nachreiner &amp; Schaufeli, 2001), ce questionnaire sonde en profondeur les obstacles et les ressources en termes d&rsquo;organisation du travail, de contenu du travail, des conditions de travail, des conditions de vie au travail et des relations interpersonnelles de travail.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;aide des quatre documents suivants, l&#8217;employeur peut proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques psychosociaux de mani\u00e8re autonome ou en collaboration avec un conseiller en pr\u00e9vention aspects psychosociaux :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le guide de l&rsquo;utilisateur est un manuel pratique qui explique les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate et du traitement des donn\u00e9es. L&rsquo;utilisateur y trouvera \u00e9galement des points d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat importants et des informations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/li>\n<li>Le questionnaire se compose d&rsquo;une centaine de questions courtes auxquelles les travailleurs peuvent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une \u00e9chelle de Likert (par exemple, avec les options de r\u00e9ponse jamais\/rarement\/parfois\/souvent\/toujours).
