Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une baisse de 12% par rapport \u00e0 il y a cinq ans. 3 PME sur 10 (31%) ont toujours une vision positive de l\u2019\u00e9conomie, ce qui repr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement une baisse par rapport \u00e0 la situation d\u2019il y a six mois.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Autre fait marquant : les PME qui envisagent d\u2019embaucher du personnel en 2024 souhaitent principalement proposer davantage de contrats fixes \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e et embaucher moins de flexi-jobistes. C\u2019est ce qui ressort du barom\u00e8tre semestriel \u00ab\u00a0barom\u00e8tre de l\u2019emploi des PME\u00a0\u00bb r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par l\u2019entreprise de services RH Acerta en collaboration avec les organisations patronales ETION et VKW Limburg. \u200b \u200b<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>L\u00e9ger ralentissement des ambitions de recrutement<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La tension de notre march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi reste un obstacle structurel pour les PME belges, t\u00e9moignent-elles dans l\u2019\u00e9dition d\u2019automne du barom\u00e8tre des PME d\u2019Acerta, Etion et VKW Limburg. Les petites et moyennes entreprises de notre pays consid\u00e8rent toujours que \u00ab\u00a0retenir les collaborateurs\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0attirer les bons collaborateurs\u00a0\u00bb sont leurs principaux d\u00e9fis pour les six prochains mois. Pourtant, leur vision de l\u2019avenir proche est un peu moins optimiste qu\u2019il y a six mois. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, la moiti\u00e9 des PME avaient indiqu\u00e9 qu\u2019elles embaucheraient du personnel suppl\u00e9mentaire. Aujourd\u2019hui, ce pourcentage est pass\u00e9 \u00e0 44%, soit une baisse de 12%.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9serves en mati\u00e8re d\u2019embauche correspondent \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont les PME \u00e9valuent les perspectives \u00e9conomiques. La proportion de personnes interrog\u00e9es qui consid\u00e8rent l\u2019avenir \u00e9conomique comme r\u00e9solument positif a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diminu\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 il y a six mois, passant de 34% \u00e0 31%.<\/p>\n<p>Benoit Caufriez, Directeur chez Acerta Consult, indique : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Il y a six mois, les PME envisageaient les six mois suivants de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s positive. \u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre elles pr\u00e9voyaient d\u2019embaucher du personnel suppl\u00e9mentaire. Les projets de recrutement sont maintenant en baisse, mais restent \u00e0 un bon niveau. Le fait que 44% des PME d\u00e9clarent vouloir encore embaucher du personnel est un signe positif, mais cela montre que les entreprises belges sont devenues l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus prudentes au cours des derniers mois et qu\u2019elles \u00e9mettent plus de r\u00e9serves pour l\u2019avenir proche.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Contrats fixes<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Enfin, une conclusion remarquable: les PME souhaitent principalement embaucher davantage de collaborateurs fixes en 2024. Pas moins de huit PME sur dix qui recrutent optent pour des contrats \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e. Un quart d\u2019entre elles d\u00e9clarent \u00e9galement proposer des contrats \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e. Les PME estiment qu\u2019il y aura moins de place pour le travail flexible en 2024. Quelque 8% d\u2019entre elles embaucheront \u00e9galement des flexi-jobistes. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une forte baisse (-27%) par rapport \u00e0 mai 2023, o\u00f9 11% pr\u00e9voyaient encore d\u2019embaucher des travailleurs en flexi-job.<\/p>\n<p>Benoit Caufriez conclut : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le nombre de PME qui proposeront de nouveaux contrats \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e est nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que ce que nous avons vu dans les derni\u00e8res \u00e9ditions du barom\u00e8tre semestriel des PME, o\u00f9 chaque fois environ 76 % pr\u00e9f\u00e9raient les contrats \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e. Le pourcentage d\u2019employeurs qui misent sur les flexi-jobs est en baisse. La prudence dont font preuve les PME face \u00e0 l\u2019avenir \u00e9conomique s\u2019accompagne donc d\u2019un d\u00e9sir accru de continuit\u00e9. Et ce, en recrutant des travailleurs fixes qui resteront plus longtemps au sein de l\u2019organisation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: les donn\u00e9es sont le r\u00e9sultat du quatri\u00e8me barom\u00e8tre PME qu\u2019Acerta organise deux fois par an aupr\u00e8s d\u2019employeurs PME (moins de 100 travailleurs) en collaboration avec les organisations patronales ETION et VKW Limburg.
