La tendance du \u2018Quiet Quitting\u2018 &#8211; la d\u00e9mission silencieuse &#8211; , semble arriver en t\u00eate des priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques pour les RH en Belgique en 2024.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Notre enqu\u00eate met en \u00e9vidence le r\u00f4le strat\u00e9gique que devront remplir les RH en 2024, alors que les entreprises entament cette nouvelle ann\u00e9e dans un contexte d\u2019incertitude et avec l\u2019obligation de continuer \u00e0 se transformer dans de nombreux domaines\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> explique S\u00e9bastien Delfosse, Managing Director de ManpowerGroup BeLux.<em> \u00ab\u00a0Aujourd\u2019hui, plus que jamais, l\u2019humain doit \u00eatre au c\u0153ur de l\u2019approche des entreprises. En effet, les travailleurs et les candidats sont \u00e0 la recherche de sens et d\u2019un nouveau rapport au travail. Ce sont les employeurs qui parviendront \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces attentes, qui r\u00e9ussiront non seulement \u00e0 attirer et retenir les talents, mais \u00e9galement \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leurs performances.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Voici dans l\u2019ordre leurs cinq priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques :<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La tendance internationale du \u2018quiet quitting\u2019 ou \u2018d\u00e9mission siliencieuse<\/em><\/strong> se d\u00e9tache nettement et pr\u00e9occupe 67% des entreprises, en t\u00eate des priorit\u00e9s des employeurs belges. Le \u2018quiet quitting\u2019 concerne les travailleurs qui d\u00e9cident de r\u00e9duire leur engagement au travail, voire d\u2019effectuer le strict minimum, au lieu de remettre leur d\u00e9mission ou de chercher un nouvel emploi. Ce comportement peut concerner des salari\u00e9s de tout \u00e2ge, en manque de motivation, proches du burn-out, d\u00e9sireux de pr\u00e9server leur sant\u00e9 mentale ou \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e correspondant \u00e0 leurs attentes. Dans ce contexte, les \u2018quiet quitters\u2019 refusent d\u2019exercer des responsabilit\u00e9s qui ne font pas partie de leurs descriptions de fonction ou ou de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des sollicitations impr\u00e9vues. Pour contrer ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, les employeurs devront donc mettre en \u0153uvre des actions en profondeur pour redonner du sens au travail et renforcer l\u2019engagement de leurs employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Alors et selon les derniers chiffres de ManpowerGroup, 74% des employeurs belges sont frapp\u00e9s par les p\u00e9nuries de talents et un employeur sur 4 \u00e9prouve de grosses difficult\u00e9s de recrutement, il n\u2019est pas \u00e9tonnant de trouver <em><strong>le recrutement de personnel qualifi\u00e9<\/strong><\/em> en deuxi\u00e8me position des priorit\u00e9s, avec un score de 63%. Par ailleurs, le taux de vacance d\u2019emploi \u2013 nombre d&#8217;emplois vacants par rapport au nombre total d&#8217;emplois dans l&rsquo;entreprise \u2013 ne cesse d\u2019augmenter de trImestre en trimestre pour se rapprocher des 5% en Belgique (4,72% au 3\u00e8me trimestre 2023 ou 198.724 emplois selon StatBel(2). ;selo<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Le bien-\u00eatre des travailleurs<\/strong><\/em> arrive en troisi\u00e8me position et est pris en compte par 62% des sond\u00e9s. Depuis le covid, l\u2019entreprise cherche encore un nouvel \u00e9quilibre dans une organisation du travail hybride o\u00f9 les relations se sont complexifi\u00e9es. Dans ce nouvel environnement, le bien-\u00eatre au travail et la sant\u00e9 physique et mentale sont devenus une r\u00e9elle priorit\u00e9, que ce soit au niveau de la pr\u00e9vention des maladies et de l\u2019absent\u00e9isme ou de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail et de la qualit\u00e9 de vie en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sence <strong><em>des initiatives dans le domaine de la diversit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de l\u2019inclusion<\/em><\/strong> en quatri\u00e8me position pour 59% des employeurs montre \u00e9galement l\u2019importance croissante de ce th\u00e8me pour l\u2019\u00e9closion de lieux de travail qui offrent les m\u00eames opportunit\u00e9s pour toutes les personnes.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, et encore plus demain, pour attirer et retenir les talents et en particulier la Gen Z, les entreprises devront d\u00e9montrer leur engagement pour le climat.
