Quelles opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re les investissements post-covid, la transformation num\u00e9rique et la d\u00e9carbonation offrent-ils aux int\u00e9rim managers dans le domaine des op\u00e9rations ? <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Marguerite Taillieu et Amaury Vanhoutteghem, respectivement principal et senior consultant au sein du cabinet de recrutement international Robert Walters, partagent leurs avis sur le sujet.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quels sont les types de missions en int\u00e9rim management que l&rsquo;on observe aujourd&rsquo;hui dans les op\u00e9rations ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Pour les postes permanents de haut niveau dans les Op\u00e9rations il y a actuellement une p\u00e9nurie de talents\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Amaury. <em>\u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est pourquoi la solution d\u2019int\u00e9rim management permet aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de trouver une solution efficace pour des postes tels que Operations Director, Site Manager, Responsable Maintenance ou Supply Chain Director afin de combler la p\u00e9riode pendant laquelle un employ\u00e9 permanent est recherch\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cPar ailleurs, nous constatons que de nombreuses entreprises souhaitent augmenter leur productivit\u00e9 en raison d&rsquo;une plus grande pression sur leurs marges ; de ce fait, le nombre de missions d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration continue, de lean management et d&rsquo;optimisations industrielles est en hausse\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, ajoute Marguerite.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quelles sont les entreprises qui font appel \u00e0 un int\u00e9rim manager dans les op\u00e9rations ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Marguerite : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous constatons qu\u2019une entreprise en phase de croissance rapide a besoin d&rsquo;expertise senior pour soutenir l&rsquo;encadrement interm\u00e9diaire. Il s&rsquo;agit aussi bien de PME que de filiales belges d&rsquo;entreprises internationales, qui sont sur le point d&rsquo;\u00e9tendre leurs activit\u00e9s au niveau produit ou avec le souhait de rentrer dans de nouveaux march\u00e9s. Elles doivent alors principalement travailler \u00e0 la rationalisation de leurs processus et \u00e0 la mise en place d&rsquo;une structure organisationnelle solide.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0D&rsquo;autre part, les int\u00e9rim managers apportent une grande valeur ajout\u00e9e aux organisations qui sont en situation de crise,\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> souligne Amaury. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Ils sont tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s car, en tant que partie neutre et externe, ils adoptent un point de vue objectif et apportent de nouvelles id\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs exp\u00e9riences multiples.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quelle est la dur\u00e9e habituelle des missions ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0En moyenne, les missions d&rsquo;int\u00e9rim management dans le domaine des op\u00e9rations durent de 6 \u00e0 10 mois,\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> pr\u00e9cise Marguerite. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Pour les grandes transformations et les missions de changement de grande envergure, la dur\u00e9e peut facilement atteindre 12 \u00e0 24 mois. Pour les missions d&rsquo;int\u00e9rim management destin\u00e9es \u00e0 couvrir la p\u00e9riode de recherche d&rsquo;un employ\u00e9 permanent, nous voyons plut\u00f4t une dur\u00e9e entre 4 et 6 mois d\u00e9pendant le r\u00f4le et la complexit\u00e9 de la recherche.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quels sont les professionnels qui font le saut vers l&rsquo;int\u00e9rim management ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0De nombreux candidats seniors ayant une exp\u00e9rience suffisante en mati\u00e8re de leadership, de gestion de projets d\u2019optimisation consid\u00e8rent, \u00e0 juste titre, l&rsquo;int\u00e9rim management comme un choix de carri\u00e8re pour apporter une r\u00e9elle valeur ajout\u00e9e pour les entreprises,\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> d\u00e9clare Amaury. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Ils ont men\u00e9 des projets d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration dans des environnements changeants et veulent tirer pleinement parti de leur expertise. L&rsquo;int\u00e9rim manager id\u00e9al fait preuve d&rsquo;une grande capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;adaptation, adopte une approche novatrice et a accumul\u00e9 de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience dans diff\u00e9rents types d&rsquo;entreprises et\/ou de secteurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Que r\u00e9serve l&rsquo;avenir aux int\u00e9rim managers dans les Op\u00e9rations ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Amaury : <em>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;avenir des int\u00e9rim managers est prometteur, avec une croissance anticip\u00e9e du nombre de missions. Dans un contexte socio-\u00e9conomique en perp\u00e9tuel changement, il est clair que les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ont besoins d\u2019experts externes pouvant rendre leur organisation plus agile qui peut s\u2019adapter aux changements macro\u00e9conomiques.
