Parce qu&rsquo;une entreprise qui prend soin de ses collaborateurs est attrayante et conna\u00eet moins d&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme ou de rotation de personnel. 90% (!) des salari\u00e9s qui travaillent dans une organisation \u00e0 fort impact social se sentent plus inspir\u00e9s, plus motiv\u00e9s et plus impliqu\u00e9s. En m\u00eame temps, l&rsquo;organisation augmente son score de durabilit\u00e9 (ESG).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bref, le bien-\u00eatre constitue le fondement d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;entreprise durable. La question est de savoir par o\u00f9 commencer. La r\u00e9ponse se trouve dans le Rapport des Tendances 2024 de B-Tonic.<\/p>\n<p>Les gens veulent travailler pour des organisations o\u00f9 les collaborateurs sont bien lotis. Une \u00e9tude de Deloitte montre que 59% des collaborateurs envisagent s\u00e9rieusement d\u2019aller travailler aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une entreprise offrant de meilleures conditions de travail que leur employeur actuel. 56% des collaborateurs \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 \u00e0 24 ans arr\u00eateraient m\u00eame un emploi qui les emp\u00eacherait de profiter de leur vie.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>People Sustainability<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En d&rsquo;autres termes, les entreprises et les organisations sont confront\u00e9es au d\u00e9fi majeur de cr\u00e9er un environnement de travail qui encourage les performances durables, en pr\u00eatant attention \u00e0 la fois aux r\u00e9sultats et au bien-\u00eatre. Les organisations et les entreprises qui ont une approche centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019humain sont plus r\u00e9silientes, plus comp\u00e9tentes, plus innovantes et plus motiv\u00e9es pour atteindre les objectifs communs en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement durable. C\u2019est ce que nous appelons le \u2018people sustainability\u2019 .<\/p>\n<p>Inversement, la pratique montre que la politique de durabilit\u00e9 ou ESG (Environnement, Social et bonne Gouvernance) d&rsquo;une entreprise a un impact direct sur le bien-\u00eatre de ses salari\u00e9s. La boucle est ainsi boucl\u00e9e : plus l&rsquo;entreprise ou l&rsquo;organisation est durable ou ax\u00e9e sur les crit\u00e8res ESG, plus l&rsquo;impact sur le bien-\u00eatre de son capital humain (et social) est positif, ce qui alimente \u00e0 son tour la croissance et le succ\u00e8s de l&rsquo;organisation. Le bien-\u00eatre devient ainsi une arme puissante dans la lutte pour une \u00ab\u00a0employer brand\u00a0\u00bb attrayante.
