Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es d\u00e9j\u00e0, nous sommes en guerre contre les extr\u00eames religieux, contre les pand\u00e9mies mondiales, contre la destruction des ressources naturelles (liste non exhaustive)&#8230; Nous sommes aussi en guerre les uns contre les autres \u00e0 force de pointer les raisons d\u2019\u00eatre en d\u00e9saccord sur nos valeurs, nos engagements et nos comportements. Les conflits sont tout autour de nous\u2026 C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;objet de notre question hebdomadaire: l\u2019entreprise peut-elle envisager d\u2019\u00eatre un havre de paix dans cet environnement soci\u00e9tal qui oppose les personnes les unes aux autres, qui invite les classes sociales \u00e0 se ha\u00efr, qui pousse m\u00eame les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations \u00e0 se rejeter la responsabilit\u00e9 de la destruction de notre plan\u00e8te\u2026 Une nouvelle mission impossible, une de plus?<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Un monde sans piti\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>G\u00e9n\u00e9ralisons, m\u00eame si cela semble un peu \u2018rapide\u2019: dans nos vies quotidiennes, les couples et les familles ont explos\u00e9. Il est logique que la s\u00e9rie se poursuive et que les \u00e9quipes au sein de nos entreprises se d\u00e9sint\u00e8grent elles aussi. C\u2019est toute la difficult\u00e9 que nous rencontrons aujourd\u2019hui pour cr\u00e9er du collectif. Les int\u00e9r\u00eats particuliers priment de mani\u00e8re quasi syst\u00e9matique. Et les conflits se multiplient. Ce qui nous inqui\u00e8te davantage encore, c\u2019est la violence des \u00e9changes en milieu de moins en moins temp\u00e9r\u00e9. La cons\u00e9quence de cette d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration ? Nous sommes en danger \u00e0 chaque instant. Nous sommes expos\u00e9s tout le temps. C\u2019est pourquoi il est devenu n\u00e9cessaire de se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 faire face aux agressions, pr\u00e9visibles et inattendues, en toutes circonstances. Deux strat\u00e9gies possibles : le combat ou l\u2019apaisement.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La source des conflits dans l\u2019entreprise ? Cela reste une question d\u2019ego avant tout<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La tension est parfois consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme n\u00e9cessaire dans nos organisations. C\u2019est elle qui nous tiendrait en \u00e9veil. Nous sommes sceptiques\u2026 C\u2019est surtout elle qui nous \u00e9puise en r\u00e9alit\u00e9. L\u2019enjeu principal que nous retrouvons dans la plupart de nos entreprises \u00e0 la source de ces tensions, cela reste l\u2019ego et la d\u00e9fense des int\u00e9r\u00eats personnels. Bien s\u00fbr, le stress li\u00e9 \u00e0 la performance et \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs est bien pr\u00e9sent. Il vient cependant au second plan par rapport aux enjeux de pouvoir individuel et de protection des privil\u00e8ges acquis. Nous pouvons d\u00e9passer ce type de probl\u00e8mes tellement r\u00e9currents. En travaillant sur ce qui r\u00e9unit les groupes au lieu d\u2019insister sur ce qui les distingue, il doit \u00eatre possible de trouver des objectifs partag\u00e9s. Cela ne r\u00e8gle pas les probl\u00e9matiques personnelles qui monopolisent l\u2019attention aujourd\u2019hui, mais cela permet de reprendre le dialogue sur une base de partage.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Zone refuge<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Face \u00e0 des situations priv\u00e9es compliqu\u00e9es, il y a une attente forte de pouvoir b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un espace de bien-\u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur duquel la sensation de protection est r\u00e9elle. Cela explique en partie du moins pourquoi il est tellement fondamental que nos organisations investissent sans retenue en mati\u00e8re de bien-\u00eatre. Pr\u00e9server l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 mentale et physique de chacun.e de nos collaborateurs n\u2019est plus seulement une obligation morale avec laquelle il faut composer. C\u2019est un enjeu strat\u00e9gique. L\u2019entreprise (et ses dirigeants) peine encore et toujours \u00e0 admettre qu\u2019elle puisse incarner une zone refuge pour ses travailleurs. Pourtant, la plupart des comp\u00e9tences (prise de d\u00e9cision, d\u00e9veloppement personnel, gestion, apprentissage, pr\u00e9vention sant\u00e9, etc\u2026) y sont disponibles pour offrir \u00e0 nos coll\u00e8gues un soutien concret et un encadrement efficace en vue de g\u00e9rer les moments difficiles. Les mettre \u00e0 leur disposition n\u2019est finalement qu\u2019une simple question de g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Nous devons entre-temps rester r\u00e9alistes. Tous les conflits ne peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9s. Il y a en effet tellement de raisons de nous d\u00e9tester les uns les autres aujourd\u2019hui: les foss\u00e9s creus\u00e9s entre les genres, entre les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, entre les classes sociales, entre les communaut\u00e9s ethniques g\u00e9n\u00e8rent bien des frustrations. Nous ne sommes forc\u00e9s de les subir. Ces in\u00e9galit\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9duites.
