Dans la derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition de son ouvrage de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence<em> \u00ab\u00a0Les R\u00e9mun\u00e9rations alternatives &#8211; comment doper le salaire de vos travailleurs<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, Group S fait le tour de ces avantages et pr\u00e9sente les nouveaut\u00e9s en la mati\u00e8re.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Certains avantages peuvent \u00eatre rendus obligatoires par des accords sectoriels, comme une convention collective ou un contrat sp\u00e9cifique (ce sera par exemple le cas des ch\u00e8ques-repas, des \u00e9coch\u00e8ques ou de l&rsquo;assurance groupe). Depuis 2020 et la crise covid, la popularit\u00e9 des avantages extral\u00e9gaux ne cesse de cro\u00eetre. Les ch\u00e8ques-repas, la prime de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, l&rsquo;assurance hospitalisation et le 13e mois sont les plus fr\u00e9quemment accord\u00e9s, mais le leasing de v\u00e9los et les cong\u00e9s extral\u00e9gaux sont \u00e9galement en hausse.<\/p>\n<p>Les juristes du prestataire de services RH Group S confirment d\u2019ailleurs ces tendances. Kathy De Taeye explique que la flexibilit\u00e9 apparue durant la crise covid est d\u00e9sormais bien ancr\u00e9e. Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et les horaires variables font que les smartphones, les ordinateurs portables et les indemnit\u00e9s de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail continuent d&rsquo;occuper une place de choix, mais l\u2019on constate \u00e9galement d&rsquo;autres tendances \u00e0 la hausse. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les employeurs s&rsquo;int\u00e9ressent de plus en plus aux options \u00e0 la carte et au leasing de v\u00e9los. Dans le cadre d&rsquo;une approche \u00e0 la carte, les employ\u00e9s disposent d&rsquo;un budget pour choisir eux-m\u00eames un certain nombre d&rsquo;avantages extral\u00e9gaux. Cela leur donne la possibilit\u00e9 de s\u2019adapter chaque ann\u00e9e, en fonction de l\u2019\u00e9volution de leur situation personnelle. Le choix de modes de transport alternatifs en est un bon exemple. Le 1er janvier 2024, l&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9 v\u00e9lo a par ailleurs sensiblement augment\u00e9 (en passant de 0,27 \u20ac \u00e0 0,35 \u20ac par kilom\u00e8tre).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nathalie Wellemans, Legal Advisor chez Group S, ne s&rsquo;attend pas \u00e0 de grandes r\u00e9volutions en 2024 : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les avantages les plus courants, tels que les ch\u00e8ques-repas, les voitures de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (avec des flottes de plus en plus \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9es) et les bonus collectifs (convention collective de travail n\u00b0 90) resteront sur le long terme. Les travailleurs les consid\u00e8rent souvent comme des acquis normaux. C&rsquo;est pourquoi nous conseillons aux employeurs de regarder activement au-del\u00e0 du salaire de base. Un package complet, qui comprend un salaire de base conforme au march\u00e9 compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par des avantages sur mesure, les aide \u00e0 se positionner sur le march\u00e9 du travail en tant qu\u2019entreprise attractive\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Valentin Broquet et Dorotea Di Fiore ajoutent que le remboursement des \u00ab\u00a0frais propres \u00e0 l&#8217;employeur\u00a0\u00bb reste populaire. \u00ab\u00a0<em>En soi, ce n&rsquo;est pas surprenant, mais depuis l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, les employeurs sont oblig\u00e9s d&rsquo;indiquer syst\u00e9matiquement sur la fiche fiscale le montant total du remboursement des frais pour chaque type de remboursement.
