Le focus est mis ici sur les r\u00e9gimes suivants : les cr\u00e9dits-temps (secteur priv\u00e9), les interruptions de carri\u00e8re (secteur public) et les cong\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques. Ces derniers rassemblent les cong\u00e9s parentaux, les soins palliatifs, l\u2019assistance m\u00e9dicale ainsi que les cong\u00e9s pour aidants proches.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tous r\u00e9gimes de cong\u00e9s confondus, il y a eu une l\u00e9g\u00e8re hausse (+2,4%) en 2023 par rapport \u00e0 2022. Sur une p\u00e9riode plus longue, une tendance \u00e0 la baisse s\u2019observe depuis 2015, notamment sous l\u2019effet des diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9formes prises ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Tandis que les cr\u00e9dits-temps ont tendance \u00e0 se stabiliser r\u00e9cemment, la hausse s\u2019observe davantage au niveau des cong\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques et plus particuli\u00e8rement au sein des cong\u00e9s parentaux.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9partition selon le sexe nous indique que les femmes ont davantage tendance \u00e0 avoir recours aux syst\u00e8mes de cong\u00e9s en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral : 61,1% des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires (tous r\u00e9gimes confondus) sont des femmes. Des diff\u00e9rences sont toutefois observ\u00e9es entre les r\u00e9gimes. Au sein des cong\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques, un peu moins de 2\/3 des personnes sont des femmes. Une \u00e9volution positive s\u2019observe au sein des cr\u00e9dits-temps, o\u00f9 la r\u00e9partition est pratiquement \u00e9gale entre les deux sexes (53,4% sont des femmes). Les \u00e9volutions au cours du temps montrent globalement une tendance positive dans la r\u00e9partition des diff\u00e9rents r\u00e9gimes de cong\u00e9s en fonction du genre, m\u00eame si cette \u00e9volution est relativement lente.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la FEB, il est plus que n\u00e9cessaire de se pencher sur une r\u00e9forme globale des r\u00e9gimes de cong\u00e9s.
