En 2021, 37,9% des salari\u00e9s ont parfois ou r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 domicile. En 2022 et 2023, il semble que le travail \u00e0 domicile soit l\u00e0 pour durer : m\u00eame si le pourcentage de travailleurs \u00e0 domicile se replie \u00e0 32,2% en 2023, il reste nettement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait avant la crise du COVID-19. En 2019, 18,9% des salari\u00e9s ont parfois ou r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 domicile, selon Statbel.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le pourcentage de travailleurs \u00e0 domicile est nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 parmi les personnes hautement qualifi\u00e9es que parmi les personnes moyennement ou faiblement qualifi\u00e9es. En 2023, 53% des salari\u00e9s hautement qualifi\u00e9s ont travaill\u00e9 parfois ou habituellement \u00e0 domicile. En ce qui concerne les personnes moyennement ou faiblement qualifi\u00e9es, ce pourcentage \u00e9tait de respectivement 13,8% et 4,9%.<\/p>\n<p>Le secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9 qui regroupe le plus de salari\u00e9s qui travaillent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ou parfois \u00e0 domicile est le secteur de l\u2019information et de la communication (75,3%), suivi par les activit\u00e9s extraterritoriales (74,5%) et les activit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res et d\u2019assurance (68,4%).<\/p>\n<p>En 2023, les groupes de professions qui permettaient de travailler parfois ou r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 domicile \u00e9taient :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les managers (64,1%)<\/li>\n<li>Les professions intellectuelles, scientifiques et artistiques (58,4%)<\/li>\n<li>Les employ\u00e9s de type administratif (41,3%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lorsque l&rsquo;on demande aux salari\u00e9s qui ne travaillent pas toujours \u00e0 domicile s&rsquo;ils pourraient travailler (encore) plus \u00e0 domicile, les trois quarts r\u00e9pondent que ce n&rsquo;est pas possible dans leur fonction, 12,2% qu\u2019ils pourraient travailler (plus) \u00e0 domicile mais l&#8217;employeur ne le permet pas et 12,1% qu\u2019ils pourraient travailler (plus) \u00e0 domicile mais pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent ne pas travailler \u00e0 domicile ou ne le font pas en raison de la situation \u00e0 domicile. Pour pr\u00e8s de 96% des personnes \u00e0 niveau d\u2019instruction faible et pr\u00e8s de 88% des personnes \u00e0 niveau d\u2019instruction moyen, il n&rsquo;est pas possible de travailler (davantage) \u00e0 domicile dans le cadre de leur fonction.
