Il\u00a0en ressort, au niveau europ\u00e9en, que :<br \/>\n93% des talents ind\u00e9pendants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 salari\u00e9s \u00e0 temps plein par le pass\u00e9, dont plus de la moiti\u00e9 (53%) pendant 7 ans ou plus confirmant la s\u00e9niorit\u00e9 et l\u2019expertise de leurs profils.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>\u00catre freelance, un choix de carri\u00e8re sur la dur\u00e9e<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Alors que le march\u00e9 \u00e9conomique europ\u00e9en s\u2019est globalement d\u00e9grad\u00e9, la tendance est au contraire positive chez les freelances. Les talents ind\u00e9pendants belges sont, par exemple, confiants quant \u00e0 leur avenir pour 66% d\u2019entre eux, confirmant la tendance europ\u00e9enne (69%).<\/p>\n<p>Ceci peut, tout d\u2019abord, s\u2019expliquer par le fait que plus de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux ont un salaire sup\u00e9rieur en tant que freelance que lorsqu\u2019ils \u00e9taient salari\u00e9s. Alors que 7 r\u00e9pondants belges sur 10 d\u00e9clarent qu\u2019ils sont devenus freelance pour des raisons personnelles telles que pour la flexibilit\u00e9 et le choix du client, et non d\u00fb \u00e0 des facteurs externes, 75% iraient aujourd\u2019hui jusqu\u2019\u00e0 refuser une mission avec un client si ce dernier n\u2019est pas align\u00e9 avec ses valeurs. La libert\u00e9 et la flexibilit\u00e9 qu\u2019offrent ce statut sont d\u00e9sormais des \u00e9l\u00e9ments plus que d\u00e9terminants.<\/p>\n<p>En Belgique, les chiffres confirment les observations europ\u00e9ennes puisque 90% des talents ind\u00e9pendants belges interrog\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 salari\u00e9s \u00e0 temps plein par le pass\u00e9, dont plus de la moiti\u00e9 (58%) pendant 7 ans ou plus. Pourtant, lorsqu\u2019on leur demande s\u2019ils sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 retourner vers un statut de salari\u00e9, 93% des freelances belges indiquent ne pas \u00eatre \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un emploi en tant que salari\u00e9 \u00e0 temps plein.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les comp\u00e9tences \u00e9mergentes aux mains des freelances<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>De plus, les talents ind\u00e9pendants sont confiants quant \u00e0 leur avenir au vu des comp\u00e9tences qu\u2019ils poss\u00e8dent et d\u00e9veloppent continuellement. En effet, 69% des freelances belges estiment avoir des comp\u00e9tences plus sp\u00e9cifiques que leurs clients.<\/p>\n<p>Malik Azzouzi, Country Director Malt Benelux d\u00e9clare : \u00ab\u00a0<em>En r\u00e9alisant l\u2019\u00e9tude Freelancing in Europe, nous avons pu observer que les comp\u00e9tences des freelances sont parfois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 25% de fois plus disruptives et novatrices que la moyenne du march\u00e9 du travail. Des m\u00e9tiers issus du secteur de la Tech et de la Data tels que les Data Engineers, Data Scientists ou D\u00e9veloppeurs Web changent d\u00e9sormais la donne gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences en IA ou machine learning, par exemple.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Enfin, dans un contexte dans lequel les employeurs ont plus de mal \u00e0 recruter que par le pass\u00e9 et semblent rechercher des profils de plus en plus sp\u00e9cifiques, l\u2019acquisition de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences repr\u00e9sente un avantage majeur pour les freelances. Selon l\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, les talents ind\u00e9pendants belges l\u2019ont bien compris et passent d\u2019ailleurs, en moyenne, 4h par semaine \u00e0 se former.<\/p>\n<p>Malik Azzouzi conclut : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Par le pass\u00e9, les entreprises belges et europ\u00e9ennes faisaient appel aux freelances afin de combler des besoins temporaires en ressources humaines. Aujourd\u2019hui, ils les recrutent pour des comp\u00e9tences tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifiques. Le freelance europ\u00e9en est d\u00e9sormais de plus en plus expert, acteur de sa propre formation et en possession de comp\u00e9tences \u00e9mergentes. Ils sont de plus en plus comp\u00e9titifs sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi et repr\u00e9sentent un atout incontournable dans la transformation num\u00e9rique actuelle \u00e0 laquelle font face les entreprises.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source &amp; M\u00e9thodologie: cette \u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur la base d\u2019une enqu\u00eate en ligne effectu\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de tous les freelances inscrits sur Malt en France, en Allemagne, en Espagne, en Belgique, aux Pays-Bas et au Royaume-Uni. Les participants \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate ont pu soumettre leurs r\u00e9ponses au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2023. Au total, 5 092 r\u00e9ponses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenues, ce qui en fait l\u2019une des plus grandes \u00e9tudes sur le sujet.
