On a toujours trouv\u00e9 ce slogan franchement excellent. C\u2019est une parfaite expression de la mission dont s\u2019emparent celles et ceux qui veulent f\u00e9d\u00e9rer autour d\u2019un projet commun. C\u2019est aussi la formulation simple de ce qui reste notre principal d\u00e9fi quotidien. Aujourd\u2019hui, une parole, une attitude, un geste peuvent suffire pour heurter les sensibilit\u00e9s d\u2019un groupe de personnes voire de l\u2019ensemble d\u2019une communaut\u00e9. Nos entreprises aussi sont \u00e0 fleur de peau. Comment en sommes-nous arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 un tel niveau d\u2019hyper-sensibilit\u00e9 ? Et surtout, nos coll\u00e8gues sont-ils pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 vivre et \u00e0 travailler ensemble dans cette atmosph\u00e8re conflictuelle ?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 la violence qui caract\u00e9rise notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u2013 dans ses relations, ses d\u00e9bats, ses tensions\u2026 -, le choix consistant \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier le \u2018vivre ensemble\u2019 devrait s\u2019imposer. Cela vient d\u2019o\u00f9, le vivre ensemble? Ce n\u2019est pas le groupe RTL qui l\u2019a imagin\u00e9 pour s\u00e9duire ses audiences. A l\u2019origine du \u2018concept\u2019 m\u00eame, qui trouvons-nous? Aristote, un de nos chers philosophes antiques, ceux-l\u00e0 m\u00eame qui ne nous ont quasiment rien laiss\u00e9 \u00e0 inventer \u00e0 part des pol\u00e9miques.<br \/>\nD\u00e9j\u00e0, il y avait cette intuition forte &#8211; et terriblement actuelle &#8211; qu\u2019il faut d\u00e9ployer de grands efforts pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 faire corps, \u00e0 cr\u00e9er du collectif. Parce que les oppositions et les conflits sont partout, dans la vie quotidienne comme au boulot. Cons\u00e9quence : il faut se battre \u00e0 chaque instant. Pour gagner et r\u00e9ussir, bien s\u00fbr\u2026 Mais aussi pour se d\u00e9fendre contre les agressions qui se multiplient. Pour faire face au monde cruel qui est notre aire de jeu d\u00e9sormais et \u00e0 la violence ambiante, nous avons besoin de combattants.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Tous les sujets sont sensibles d\u00e9sormais\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pourquoi donc est-il devenu dangereux de s\u2019exprimer sur quasiment toutes les th\u00e9matiques? Pourquoi devons-nous d\u00e9velopper des tr\u00e9sors d\u2019imagination pour trouver l\u2019argumentation qui conviendra \u00e0 tout le monde ? Dans la plupart des cas, cela donne des messages \u2018ti\u00e8des\u2019, ultra convenus qui ne \u2018r\u00e9veillent\u2019 personne. Et \u00e0 l\u2019inverse, cela g\u00e9n\u00e8re un clash syst\u00e9matique d\u00e8s que l\u2019on formule une position forte ou diff\u00e9rente.<br \/>\nPourquoi ? Parce que notre postulat de d\u00e9part est devenu le rejet de l\u2019autre. <em>\u2018Si tu n\u2019es pas d\u2019accord avec moi, tu es un danger et un ennemi potentiel\u2019<\/em>. Aussi caricatural que cela puisse para\u00eetre, c\u2019est l\u00e0 que se trouve l\u2019origine de nos angoisses. Nos interactions sont souvent f\u00e9roces, malgr\u00e9 le discours g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ambiant autour de la bienveillance. Et donc, il n\u2019y a plus d\u2019aire de repos sur le long de la route. Autant le savoir : nous sommes engag\u00e9s dans un combat continu que ce soit pour faire valoir nos id\u00e9es ou pour lutter contre les d\u00e9rives telles que la discrimination, la haine ou l\u2019abus de pouvoir.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Le risque d\u2019anesth\u00e9sie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de nos organisations qui nous guette\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dans l\u2019entreprise, comme dans n\u2019importe quel groupe ou association au fond, ces tensions palpables provoquent l\u2019immobilisme ou le chaos.<br \/>\nDans le premier cas de figure, il est logique que chaque travailleur, chaque manager, chaque dirigeant prenne ses pr\u00e9cautions puisqu\u2019il y a un risque de vexation lors de la moindre d\u00e9cision et\/ou intervention. La prudence impos\u00e9e par les conflits potentiels est de nature \u00e0 bloquer toute forme d\u2019initiative. Notre r\u00f4le consiste donc \u00e0 revenir sans rel\u00e2che sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de d\u00e9cider et d\u2019agir. C\u2019est \u00e0 la fois dingue\u2026 et indispensable. Remettre nos organisations en mouvement va demander une \u00e9nergie folle.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>G\u00e9rer le chaos permanent<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A l\u2019autre extr\u00eame, nous devons \u00e9galement nous pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 g\u00e9rer la succession des crises\u2026 Il s\u2019agit peut-\u00eatre de l\u2019\u00e9volution la plus significative \u00e0 laquelle nous sommes toutes et tous confront\u00e9s aujourd\u2019hui : nous venons d\u2019une p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait \u2018acquis\u2019 que le changement serait la seule constante, pour nous diriger d\u00e9sormais vers une nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9 o\u00f9 c\u2019est la crise qui est install\u00e9e comme seule (quasi)certitude. Il faut s\u2019accrocher. Nos coll\u00e8gues d\u00e9j\u00e0 fragilis\u00e9s par la fatigue accumul\u00e9e seront invit\u00e9s \u00e0 poursuivre le combat afin de trouver les moyens de \u2018survivre\u2019 en milieu hostile. Les crises, comme nous le savons, pr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 la fois l\u2019avantage de nous forcer \u00e0 revenir \u00e0 l\u2019essentiel et l\u2019inconv\u00e9nient de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des dommages collat\u00e9raux. Elles confirment aussi le r\u00e8gne prolong\u00e9 de la logique de comp\u00e9tition alors que nous avions r\u00eav\u00e9 d\u2019entreprises collaboratives.<\/p>\n<p>Pensons donc \u00e0 \u00e9quiper nos collaborateurs afin qu\u2019ils puissent tout simplement faire face, sereinement, au chaos permanent. Former et soutenir des \u2018combattants tranquilles\u2019 <em>(on esp\u00e8re que vous aimez les oxymores\u2026)<\/em> : une mission que nous n\u2019attendions peut-\u00eatre pas et qui semble s\u2019imposer pour supporter la violence qui s\u2019installe.<\/p>\n<p>Sommes-nous pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 cela ? Manifestement non. C\u2019est pour cela que nos coll\u00e8gues d\u00e9crochent les un.e.s apr\u00e8s les autres, sous des formes diverses. La crise en mode continu est ext\u00e9nuante. Le chaos \u2013 ou a minima, la sensation de chaos parfois &#8211; qu\u2019elle provoque nous soumet \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve. Elle nous contraint aussi \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer notre transformation et notre apprentissage.
