Cette d\u00e9marche est n\u00e9cessaire pour s\u2019adapter efficacement \u00e0 ces changements. Les candidats \u00e0 ces postes de direction doivent surtout d\u00e9montrer un <strong><em>\u00ab\u00a0leadership rebelle\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/strong> <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cette conclusion ressort d\u2019une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de grandes entreprises de private equity en Belgique, France, Allemagne et au Royaume-Uni men\u00e9e par le sp\u00e9cialiste du recrutement Robert Half.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, de nombreux cadres dirigeants \u00e9voluent en territoire (\u00e9conomique) inconnu. Ces trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la pand\u00e9mie a non seulement red\u00e9fini la nature du travail mais a aussi perturb\u00e9 les march\u00e9s et les cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement. Des initiatives telles que l\u2019ESG (Environnemental, Social and Gouvernance), la RSE (Responsabilit\u00e9 Sociale des Entreprises) ou la DEI (diversit\u00e9, \u00e9galit\u00e9 et inclusion) font d\u00e9sormais partie int\u00e9grante des priorit\u00e9s manag\u00e9riales. L\u2019IA cr\u00e9e de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s mais s\u2019accompagne \u00e9galement de risques et d\u2019incertitudes. La guerre en Ukraine a eu de graves r\u00e9percussions sur l\u2019approvisionnement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et alimentaire et a entrain\u00e9 une inflation atteignant son niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 en 40 ans. Ainsi, bon nombre de managers peinent \u00e0 trouver l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et la flexibilit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour piloter leur entreprise \u00e0 travers les crises actuelles et futures.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les investisseurs en private equity ont une vision claire : ils attendent du management qu\u2019ils fassent des choix strat\u00e9giques pour prot\u00e9ger les investissements et permettre aux entreprises d\u2019\u00eatre aussi performantes que possible\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, affirme Philip Hendrickx, Managing Director Executive Search chez Robert Half Belgium.\u00a0\u00bb<em>\u2009Ils remettent donc en question le leadership des cadres dirigeants de leurs entreprises. Notre enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le que deux tiers de ces investisseurs ont des projets concrets pour faire \u00e9voluer ce leadership en fonction du contexte en constante \u00e9volution dans lequel nos entreprises doivent op\u00e9rer ainsi que des qualit\u00e9s requises pour y parvenir.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ces investisseurs en PE recherchent essentiellement des candidats qui poss\u00e8dent les connaissances et l\u2019expertise n\u00e9cessaires pour aider les entreprises, \u00e0 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>faire face aux perturbations de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement (42 %)\u2009;<\/li>\n<li>surmonter une inflation \u00e9lev\u00e9e (38 %)\u2009;<\/li>\n<li>r\u00e9pondre aux questions r\u00e9glementaires et de conformit\u00e9 (22 %)\u2009;<\/li>\n<li>prot\u00e9ger les permis d\u2019exploitation ou les licences menac\u00e9s (20 %)\u2009;<\/li>\n<li>g\u00e9rer les litiges judiciaires (18 %).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>Le profil recherch\u00e9\u2009? Des rebelles !<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mais concr\u00e8tement, quels types de profils sont recherch\u00e9s ? Ce sont des leaders rebelles. En effet, un tiers des investisseurs en private equity ont exprim\u00e9 vouloir s\u2019entourer de \u00ab\u2009leaders\u2009\u00bb faisant preuve de capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 se rebeller.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Prenons l\u2019exemple de Netflix\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> explique Philip Hendrickx. <em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u00e0, la r\u00e9bellion contre les \u00ab unique selling points \u00bb traditionnelle de la marque a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 sa forte croissance mondiale. Ce type de leadership rebelle g\u00e9n\u00e8re la disruption dans un but positif. Et c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cette comp\u00e9tence que les investisseurs en private equity cherchent \u00e0 injecter dans la gestion des entreprises qu\u2019ils d\u00e9tiennent dans leur portefeuille.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif n\u2019est donc pas de provoquer la disruption pour le simple plaisir de changement mais plut\u00f4t d\u2019apporter des modifications cibl\u00e9es, b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 la rapidit\u00e9 des mutations dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie mondiale, une entreprise ne sera plus comp\u00e9titive demain pour les m\u00eames raisons qu\u2019elle ne l\u2019est aujourd\u2019hui. Les investisseurs en PE recherchent donc des leaders capables de red\u00e9finir la norme, tout en garantissant la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de la croissance dans ce contexte en perp\u00e9tuelle mutation.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Avec les bouleversements des march\u00e9s mondiaux auxquels nous avons assist\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les investisseurs en private equity recherchent des leaders audacieux, aux qualit\u00e9s rebelles.
