C\u2019est ce qui ressort des nouveaux chiffres d\u2019IDEWE, le service externe pour la pr\u00e9vention et la protection au travail, sur la base de l\u2019ARPS-i p\u00e9riodique (analyse de risques aspects psychosociaux) men\u00e9e l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re aupr\u00e8s d\u2019environ 35.000 travailleurs dans notre pays.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Parmi tous les param\u00e8tres de mal-\u00eatre confondus, nous constatons que les chiffres ont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 2022\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, affirme Lode Godderis, CEO d\u2019IDEWE et professeur en m\u00e9decine du travail \u00e0 la KU Leuven. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Bien qu\u2019il y ait une am\u00e9lioration par rapport \u00e0 2021, la tendance globale fortement n\u00e9gative de ces dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es est inqui\u00e9tante. La part de personnes qui ressentent les param\u00e8tres de mal-\u00eatre \u00e0 un degr\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 a augment\u00e9 d\u2019environ 40 % depuis 2014.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>15,5% des travailleurs concern\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentaient un risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 de burn-out en 2023, contre seulement 10,8% en 2014, soit une augmentation d\u2019environ 40%. Le pourcentage de personnes sujettes \u00e0 un \u00ab \u00e9puisement \u00e9motionnel important \u00bb est pass\u00e9 de 22,8 \u00e0 30,8%, et celui des personnes souffrant d\u2019une \u00ab distanciation \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00bb (doutes sur l\u2019utilit\u00e9 de leur travail ou baisse de l\u2019enthousiasme pour leur travail) est pass\u00e9 de 14,7 \u00e0 21,6% \u2013 qui constituent donc des augmentations similaires. Pour ce qui est du \u00ab stress important \u00bb, les chiffres indiquent \u00e9galement une augmentation depuis 2020, mais aucun chiffre n\u2019est disponible pour la p\u00e9riode ant\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La satisfaction et l\u2019intention de rester restent toutefois stables<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il est particuli\u00e8rement frappant de constater que l\u2019augmentation du mal-\u00eatre semble avoir eu peu d\u2019impact sur la satisfaction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des travailleurs \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de leur situation professionnelle ou sur leur intention de rester. C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019en 2023, ils \u00e9taient 81,8% \u00e0 se dire \u00ab\u00a0plut\u00f4t satisfaits, satisfaits ou tr\u00e8s satisfaits\u00a0\u00bb de leur situation professionnelle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale (contre 80,3% en 2014) et 69,3% \u00e0 \u00e9prouver une intention de rester \u00e9lev\u00e9e (contre 69,8% en 2014).<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous constatons \u00e9galement peu de fluctuations d\u2019une ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre, ce qui nous permet de parler d\u2019une grande stabilit\u00e9 puisque la forte augmentation du stress et de l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement \u00e9motionnel, entre autres, n\u2019a visiblement pas d\u2019impact \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Lode Godderis. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Cette tendance s\u2019explique notamment par le caract\u00e8re d\u00e9terminant de la satisfaction relative au contenu du travail : ceux dont l\u2019emploi a du sens ont moins vite tendance \u00e0 le quitter. De m\u00eame, le sentiment d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi dissuade les travailleurs de d\u00e9missionner, m\u00eame en cas de niveau de mal-\u00eatre \u00e9lev\u00e9. Cela ne signifie pas pour autant que les employeurs n\u2019ont pas tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 se pencher sur le stress et le burn-out : bien que ces param\u00e8tres ne semblent pas influencer les travailleurs dans leur volont\u00e9 de changer d\u2019employeur ou non, le risque d\u2019absent\u00e9isme ou de baisse des performances est bien plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. C\u2019est non seulement tr\u00e8s regrettable pour les travailleurs eux-m\u00eames, mais cela a \u00e9galement une incidence sur les coll\u00e8gues et sur le succ\u00e8s de l\u2019organisation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Ann\u00e9e du pic : 2021, pas 2020<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La diff\u00e9rence entre 2020 et 2021, respectivement la premi\u00e8re et la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e de la pand\u00e9mie, est \u00e9galement frappante : le pic de mal-\u00eatre d\u00fb aux mesures li\u00e9es au coronavirus ne s\u2019est pas produit en 2020, ann\u00e9e dont les chiffres \u00e9taient dans la moyenne, mais seulement en 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: IDEWE<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En Belgique, les travailleurs ont ressenti davantage de stress, d&rsquo;\u00e9puisement \u00e9motionnel et de distanciation, ainsi qu&rsquo;un risque de burn-out plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 en 2023 qu\u2019en 2022.
