Du 13 au 26 mai 2024 se sont tenues les \u00e9lections sociales dans les entreprises de plus de 50 collaborateurs. Pr\u00e8s de 1,4 million de travailleurs pouvaient y participer. Environ 60% l\u2019ont fait. Quels sont les r\u00e9sultats et les changements majeurs par rapport \u00e0 2020 ?<\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce au soutien logistique et juridique des f\u00e9d\u00e9rations professionnelles et des services RH des entreprises, les \u00e9lections se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es sans encombre. Ce qui constitue une bonne nouvelle.<\/p>\n

Le taux de participation est quant \u00e0 lui moins r\u00e9jouissant, comme le souligne la FEB. Le taux de participation moyen de 60% repr\u00e9sente \u00e0 nouveau un recul par rapport aux \u00e9lections sociales de 2020 (-6,41% au CE et -6,85% au CPPT). La baisse s\u2019est donc encore accentu\u00e9e par rapport aux \u00e9lections de 2016 et 2012. Ce d\u00e9sint\u00e9r\u00eat croissant est plus qu\u2019interpellant.<\/p>\n

En revanche, le taux de participation des jeunes travailleurs de moins de 25 ans s\u2019est redress\u00e9 en moyenne \u00e0 42%, contre 39% en 2020 et 30% en 2016.<\/p>\n

En ce qui concerne les r\u00e9sultats, le syndicat lib\u00e9ral continue \u00e0 progresser dans les deux organes (13,87% des voix au CE et 14,12% au CPPT). Les deux autres organisations syndicales confirment leur positionnement ant\u00e9rieur, avec un l\u00e9ger recul pour la CSC (49,84% au CE et 50,36% au CPPT) tandis que la FGTB renoue quasiment avec les r\u00e9sultats de 2016 (34,94% au CE et 35,52% au CPPT).<\/p>\n

Nouveaut\u00e9s et \u00e9volution l\u00e9gislative<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Des nouveaut\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 introduites par la loi du 5 juin 2023, comme l\u2019utilisation accrue des canaux de communication \u00e9lectroniques, notamment pour la remise des convocations \u00e9lectorales. Une \u00e9volution salu\u00e9e par la FEB.<\/p>\n

Il revient maintenant aux entreprises de conclure rapidement des accords avec les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel concernant les facilit\u00e9s syndicales, ainsi que les droits et devoirs des travailleurs et des membres des nouveaux organes de concertation. L\u2019investissement de l\u2019employeur dans la concertation sociale doit garantir une contribution positive de tous les acteurs \u00e0 la bonne marche de l\u2019entreprise, \u00e0 ses r\u00e9sultats et \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la communication interne.<\/p>\n
