C&rsquo;est ce qui ressort d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par Mercer Marsh Benefits aupr\u00e8s de plus de 4.500 professionnels des ressources humaines et du risque.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le People Risk Report 2024 de Mercer Marsh Benefits, conseiller mondial en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 des travailleurs, de conditions de travail et de risques li\u00e9s au personnel, classe les risques en fonction de leur probabilit\u00e9 et de leur gravit\u00e9 selon cinq piliers du risque: changements technologiques et perturbation; talent, leadership et pratiques de gestion du personnel; sant\u00e9, bien-\u00eatre et s\u00e9curit\u00e9; gouvernance, conformit\u00e9 et finances; et environnement, durabilit\u00e9 et protection.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>D\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de la sant\u00e9 mentale : risque s\u00e9rieux, mais tr\u00e8s peu probable<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Selon les entreprises europ\u00e9ennes, les trois risques s\u00e9rieux tr\u00e8s susceptibles d&rsquo;affecter gravement leurs activit\u00e9s au cours des deux prochaines ann\u00e9es sont la p\u00e9nurie de talents, l&rsquo;augmentation des co\u00fbts des soins de sant\u00e9 et des avantages sociaux, et l&rsquo;accroissement des disparit\u00e9s de salaires et de valeurs entre les dirigeants et les salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises europ\u00e9ennes sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 un m\u00e9lange de pressions \u00e0 court terme, telles que la p\u00e9nurie de main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre et l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement professionnel des travailleurs, combin\u00e9es \u00e0 des tendances d\u00e9mographiques \u00e0 plus long terme, comme le vieillissement de la population et la baisse des taux de natalit\u00e9. Ensemble, ces facteurs exercent une pression sur la disponibilit\u00e9 des talents. Par cons\u00e9quent, les entreprises doivent \u00e9laborer des strat\u00e9gies pour attirer et retenir les bonnes personnes, tout en maximisant la productivit\u00e9 de leurs personnels actuels.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, l\u2019augmentation du co\u00fbt de la vie et les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la transparence salariale obligent les employeurs \u00e0 \u00eatre attentifs \u00e0 l&rsquo;impact des \u00e9carts salariaux entre la direction et le personnel sur la dynamique de la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs s&rsquo;inqui\u00e8tent \u00e9galement des attentes des employ\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;augmentation salariale en p\u00e9riode de forte inflation ou d&rsquo;incertitude \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 noter que l&rsquo;impact de la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de la sant\u00e9 mentale ne figure pas en t\u00eate de liste.
