On r\u00e9unit les troupes, pour un moment d\u2019intense euphorie dans le meilleur des cas, et on en profite pour dresser un bilan \u00e0 mi-exercice et tenter de se redynamiser avant les vacances.<br \/>\nInterrogeons-nous sur l\u2019utilit\u00e9 de ces moments partag\u00e9s qui permettent de r\u00e9unir tous nos collaborateurs. Pour que cela soit pertinent (et rentable), il reste n\u00e9cessaire de comprendre ce que les travailleurs veulent vraiment\u2026 <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Petit \u00e0 petit, les \u2018assembl\u00e9es statutaires\u2019 se sont transform\u00e9es pour devenir un grand moment de rassemblement avant que chacun ne parte en vacances pour se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer en vue de la deuxi\u00e8me partie de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. C\u00e9l\u00e9brer, prendre une pause, \u00eatre ensemble\u2026 : tout cela est important. Et difficile. R\u00e9unir les foules reste un effort \u00e0 saluer dans une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 le repli sur soi est un comportement g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9. Le risque bien s\u00fbr, c\u2019est de cr\u00e9er un moment artificiel\u2026 Un moment suspendu qui offre une plage de respiration, mais pas davantage. Le retour \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 promet alors d\u2019\u00eatre douloureux.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Investir dans la convivialit\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cela semble \u00e9trange de r\u00e9unir des termes appartenant \u00e0 des champs aussi diff\u00e9rents : investissement et convivialit\u00e9. Mais c\u2019est bien de cela dont il s\u2019agit. Nous devons organiser, avec une belle sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9, des instants de rencontre et de renforcement de la coh\u00e9sion. Absolument n\u00e9cessaire et totalement insuffisant ! L\u2019ambition doit \u00eatre au rendez-vous, encore une fois. R\u00e9unir nos collaborateurs et cr\u00e9er une exp\u00e9rience collective est indispensable. Cependant, m\u00eame si ce type d\u2019initiative r\u00e9pond au besoin d\u2019entretenir un relationnel fort, nous devons viser plus haut.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Comment r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 produire de la motivation ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Nos \u00e9v\u00e9nements d\u2019entreprise visent id\u00e9alement \u00e0 faire le point sur nos activit\u00e9s et r\u00e9sultats, et parfois \u00e0 renouveler nos sources d\u2019inspiration.<br \/>\nL\u2019information que nous partageons lors de ces occasions \u2013 \u00e0 condition qu\u2019elle soit transparente et honn\u00eate -, ressemble furieusement \u00e0 une tentative d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9e de convaincre du bien-fond\u00e9 de la strat\u00e9gie de la bo\u00eete et \u00e0 retrouver un niveau d\u2019engagement maximal. Rappelons-nous donc les quelques r\u00e8gles de base de la communication : occuper l\u2019espace (puisque la nature a horreur du vite); r\u00e9p\u00e9ter sans rel\u00e2che (parce que notre capacit\u00e9 d\u2019attention est limit\u00e9e) ; et rester authentique (car cela reste la seule option pour gagner les c\u0153urs et les esprits).<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Marquer les esprits et cr\u00e9er des souvenirs partag\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Au bout du compte, nous sommes \u00e0 la recherche de sensations qui vont s\u2019inscrire durablement dans nos m\u00e9moires. Ce sont les moments que l\u2019on aime convoquer lorsque l\u2019enthousiasme est en berne ou lorsque les temps sont durs. Mais soyons raisonnables dans la d\u00e9finition de nos attentes : les \u00e9v\u00e9nements d\u2019entreprise ne garantissent aucune loyaut\u00e9. Ils n\u2019influencent pas vraiment la r\u00e9tention des collaborateurs. Ils deviennent en effet rapidement des acquis sociaux, assimil\u00e9s \u00e0 une juste r\u00e9compense pour les efforts fournis au cours des mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents.<br \/>\nL\u2019impact r\u00e9el vient avec le temps, le seul juge paix permettant de d\u00e9montrer que l\u2019on s\u2019inscrit dans la dur\u00e9e et de v\u00e9rifier la justesse de nos hypoth\u00e8ses ainsi que la r\u00e9alisation de nos ambitions.<\/p>\n<p>La f\u00eate n\u2019est qu\u2019un pr\u00e9texte. Nous voulons toutes et tous de l\u2019intensit\u00e9 et des souvenirs. La rentabilit\u00e9 de ces investissements se mesurera quant \u00e0 elle sur base de notre aptitude \u00e0 saisir l\u2019occasion de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et de construire ensemble la suite de notre histoire.<br \/>\nLe v\u00e9ritable enjeu ? Il est double et concerne la transparence et la continuit\u00e9 qui prennent rapidement le dessus sur le plaisir d\u2019\u00eatre ensemble.
