Les indemnit\u00e9s v\u00e9lo gagnent en popularit\u00e9 : 1 salari\u00e9 sur 6 y a d\u00e9sormais droit.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Avantages les plus fr\u00e9quemment octroy\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019Office national de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (ONSS) a annonc\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9valuation annuelle des diff\u00e9rentes formes de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration alternative dans le secteur priv\u00e9 belge pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022.<\/p>\n<p>En 2022, les avantages suivant restent ceux qui sont le plus souvent octroy\u00e9s aux travailleurs salari\u00e9s du secteur priv\u00e9 en Belgique :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le deuxi\u00e8me pilier de pension qui reste l\u2019avantage le plus courant : 80% des travailleurs y a droit.<\/li>\n<li>Les titres-repas sont tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandus, vous les trouverez chez 70% des travailleurs.<\/li>\n<li>Les \u00e9co-ch\u00e8ques et l\u2019intervention patronale dans les d\u00e9placements en voiture priv\u00e9e entre le domicile et le lieu de travail sont des avantages tr\u00e8s populaires et sont octroy\u00e9s \u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 des travailleurs.<\/li>\n<li>Les indemnit\u00e9s v\u00e9lo gagnent en popularit\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 2021(+3%) ; un travailleur sur 6 y a d\u00e9sormais droit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>Valeur des avantages<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La valeur totale de tous les avantages examin\u00e9s est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 13,5 milliards d\u2019euros. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une combinaison de diff\u00e9rents avantages qui sont enti\u00e8rement, partiellement ou non soumis aux cotisations sociales et aux imp\u00f4ts.<\/p>\n<p>Le top quatre est le suivant :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le deuxi\u00e8me pilier de pension qui repr\u00e9sente environ 5 milliards d\u2019euros. Il s\u2019agit des versements qu\u2019un employeur fait dans le cadre d\u2019un 2\u00e8me pilier de pension. L\u2019employeur paye sur ce montant une cotisation sp\u00e9ciale de 8,86%.<\/li>\n<li>Les titres-repas valent 2,6 milliards d\u2019euros. Les titres repas sont exon\u00e9r\u00e9s de cotisations sociales et ne sont pas impos\u00e9s. Le travailleur paye une intervention personnelle.<\/li>\n<li>Les options sur actions repr\u00e9sentent 1,7 milliard d\u2019euros. Elles sont exon\u00e9r\u00e9es de cotisations sociales mais sont impos\u00e9s du chef du travailleur au taux progressif de l\u2019imp\u00f4t sur les personnes physiques.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019usage priv\u00e9 de la voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 repr\u00e9sente un avantage en nature estim\u00e9 \u00e0 1,2 milliards d\u2019euros. Ce montant est soumis au pr\u00e9compte professionnel. L\u2019ONSS per\u00e7oit une cotisation patronale de solidarit\u00e9 qui d\u00e9pend des \u00e9missions de CO2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>M\u00e9thodologie<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude a examin\u00e9 14 avantages salariaux alternatifs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>11 avantages sont issus de l\u2019extrapolation des donn\u00e9es de SD Worx \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de la population des travailleurs salari\u00e9s dans le secteur priv\u00e9 en Belgique avec un contrat \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e depuis au moins 6 mois. Il s\u2019agit des avantages suivant : t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie et internet, titres-repas, allocations familiales compl\u00e9mentaires, remboursement des d\u00e9placements domicile-travail (v\u00e9hicule propre et transports publics), utilisation priv\u00e9e de la voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (avantage en nature), indemnit\u00e9 v\u00e9lo, prime de b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, \u00e9co-ch\u00e8ques, ch\u00e8ques sports et culture et des ch\u00e8ques cadeaux ainsi que des avantages non r\u00e9currents li\u00e9s aux r\u00e9sultats.<\/li>\n<li>Les trois autres avantages sont des donn\u00e9es enregistr\u00e9es dans des institutions publiques : les options sur actions (source : SPF Finances), le deuxi\u00e8me pilier de pension (source : Sigedis) et le budget de mobilit\u00e9 (source : DmfA\/ONSS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>Pourquoi cette \u00e9tude?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le 31 janvier 2020, le Comit\u00e9 de gestion de l\u2019ONSS a pris la d\u00e9cision, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration des partenaires sociaux formul\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du 75e anniversaire de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale moderne, de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation annuelle des diff\u00e9rentes formes de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration alternative.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 cette 1\u00e8re \u00e9valuation portant sur les ann\u00e9es 2019 \u00e0 2021, les membres du Comit\u00e9 de gestion de l\u2019ONSS ont demand\u00e9 une prolongation de l\u2019\u00e9tude pour les ann\u00e9es 2022 \u00e0 2024.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: ONSS &#8211; Cette \u00e9valuation, men\u00e9e en partenariat avec SD Worx et l\u2019Antwerp Management School, inclut des chiffres globaux ainsi que des donn\u00e9es segment\u00e9es.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019ONSS publie les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9valuation annuelle des avantages salariaux alternatifs en Belgique pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022 ainsi que leur \u00e9volution entre 2018 et 2022.
