L&#8217;emploi et la formation y occupent une place essentielle.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La Belgique doit \u00e9galement \u0153uvrer \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre ces priorit\u00e9s et la<br \/>\nprogression des droits \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances aux niveaux europ\u00e9en et international.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Emploi<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, le taux d\u2019occupation des femmes est de 67%, en hausse constante, celui des hommes est de 75%. L\u2019Europe recommande un taux de 80%. L\u2019emploi est moins une question de taux que de qualit\u00e9 du travail ! Comme les hommes, les femmes qui travaillent ont besoin d\u2019emplois stables, de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations leur garantissant une r\u00e9elle autonomie \u00e9conomique. Sortir<br \/>\nles publics les plus vuln\u00e9rables et les moins qualifi\u00e9s d\u2019une pr\u00e9carisation accrue suppose :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de r\u00e9duire encore l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial entre hommes et femmes et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la transparence de la formation des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations ;<\/li>\n<li>d\u2019investir plus intens\u00e9ment dans les infrastructures de l\u2019accueil de la petite enfance, extrascolaire, les soins et les aides \u00e0 domicile pour les personnes malades, \u00e2g\u00e9es ou porteuses d\u2019un handicap et les enfants, afin d\u2019en am\u00e9liorer l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re, g\u00e9ographique et en termes de place ;<\/li>\n<li>de d\u00e9courager le travail \u00e0 temps partiel involontaire par des mesures telles que :\n<ul>\n<li>payer les heures compl\u00e9mentaires comme des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires ;<\/li>\n<li>organiser les horaires et leur variabilit\u00e9 requise par les employeurs\/employeuses, plus en ad\u00e9quation avec les responsabilit\u00e9s familiales et la vie sociale ;<\/li>\n<li>faire respecter la priorit\u00e9 pour obtenir un temps plein et la proportionnalit\u00e9 totale des droits ;<\/li>\n<li>informer sur les cons\u00e9quences du temps partiel sur les prestations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale ;<\/li>\n<li>reconna\u00eetre et revaloriser socialement et financi\u00e8rement les m\u00e9tiers et les t\u00e2ches p\u00e9nibles, notamment dans le care ;<\/li>\n<li>supprimer la condition d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 au ch\u00f4mage complet pour avoir droit au statut de travailleur\/travailleuse \u00e0 temps partiel avec maintien des droits ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>de promouvoir des mesures d\u2019am\u00e9nagements raisonnables afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019inclusion des travailleuses en situation de handicap dans les entreprises ;<\/li>\n<li>d\u2019investir dans l\u2019accompagnement des chercheuses d\u2019emplois ;<\/li>\n<li>de travailler sur un meilleur encadrement du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et une plus grande protection des t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleurs\/t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleuses (cf. convention n\u00b085 ) ;<\/li>\n<li>d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 et la lisibilit\u00e9 des cong\u00e9s, d\u2019allonger le cong\u00e9 de naissance et de le rendre obligatoire aux m\u00eames conditions que le cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>de garantir un acc\u00e8s au capital plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 pour permettre aux femmes de se lancer dans l\u2019entreprenariat et renforcer la visibilit\u00e9 des r\u00e9seaux f\u00e9minins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>Formation<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Encourager les jeunes \u00e0 s\u2019orienter vers des fili\u00e8res professionnelles essentielles pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et d\u2019avenir, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire des m\u00e9tiers de soins aux personnes ou appartenant aux STEM et au num\u00e9rique ;<\/li>\n<li>Investir dans la formation continu\u00e9e et dans la reprise d\u2019\u00e9tudes sur toutes les formations qualifiantes ;<\/li>\n<li>Investir dans la reconnaissance des dipl\u00f4mes \u00e9trangers ou passer par une validation des comp\u00e9tences professionnelles sp\u00e9cifiques ou encore par la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une passerelle vers des formations personnalis\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: Conseil de l&rsquo;Egalit\u00e9 des Chances entre Hommes et Femmes<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En publiant un m\u00e9morandum commun, les 3 Conseils de l\u2019Egalit\u00e9 des Chances entre les Hommes et les Femmes souhaitent attirer l\u2019attention des ex\u00e9cutifs f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et r\u00e9gionaux sur quelques-unes de leurs priorit\u00e9s pour la prochaine l\u00e9gislature.
