Dans un march\u00e9 du travail orient\u00e9 vers les candidats, les entreprises n\u2019ont qu\u2019une seule chance de faire bonne premi\u00e8re impression lors d\u2019un entretien d\u2019embauche en ce qui concerne leur politique salariale. De plus, de nouvelles r\u00e9glementations sur la transparence des salaires entreront bient\u00f4t en vigueur pour les grandes entreprises. Il est temps d&rsquo;\u00eatre clair lors des entretiens d\u2019embauche, en proposant directement votre meilleure offre salariale. C\u2019est en tout cas ce que recommande Bart Goossens, Directeur r\u00e9gional chez le sp\u00e9cialiste du recrutement Robert Half.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019y a pas si longtemps encore, la situation \u00e9tait diff\u00e9rente : pour chaque poste vacant, les employeurs pouvaient choisir parmi un nombre plus que suffisant de candidats (qualifi\u00e9s). Les deux parties le savaient et \u00e9taient bien conscientes que cela jouait un r\u00f4le important au moment d\u2019aborder le sujet le plus d\u00e9licat : la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. La marge de n\u00e9gociation des candidats \u00e9tait alors plut\u00f4t limit\u00e9e. Les d\u00e9s \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 lanc\u00e9s : l\u2019entreprise faisait une proposition et le candidat y r\u00e9pondait.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, la dynamique du march\u00e9 du travail s\u2019est invers\u00e9e. Les candidats qui poss\u00e8dent les comp\u00e9tences requises peuvent souvent choisir parmi plusieurs postes vacants, et les deux parties en sont parfaitement conscientes. Le jeu est toujours le m\u00eame, mais les r\u00e8gles ont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement chang\u00e9. Dans le march\u00e9 du travail actuel, il est donc plus important que jamais pour les entreprises de faire une bonne premi\u00e8re impression en tant qu\u2019employeurs potentiels. Une proposition salariale correcte et comp\u00e9titive est cruciale \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.<\/p>\n<p>Ne nous faisons pas d\u2019illusions : le salaire reste, de loin, le facteur le plus important dans un processus de recrutement. Une enqu\u00eate r\u00e9cente r\u00e9v\u00e8le que six candidats sur dix se retirent parce qu\u2019ils jugent l\u2019offre financi\u00e8re insuffisante. Si cela se produit avant que l\u2019entreprise ne fasse sa meilleure proposition, la d\u00e9ception ne sera que plus am\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Montrez donc clairement votre envie de recruter le candidat en lui pr\u00e9sentant directement votre meilleure offre. Ne perdez pas de temps avec un processus de n\u00e9gociation (trop) long sur le salaire. Faites directement une proposition qui refl\u00e8te clairement la position des deux parties. Si vous savez qu\u2019un candidat poss\u00e8de les comp\u00e9tences requises pour le poste et que vous connaissez le budget allou\u00e9 \u00e0 cette fonction, pourquoi ne pas faire imm\u00e9diatement votre meilleure offre\u2009?<\/p>\n<p>En outre, jouez cartes sur table : soyez transparent sur le contenu de la proposition y compris le salaire, les bonus, les avantages et les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9volution. Cette clart\u00e9 donnera au candidat le sentiment de valorisation. C\u2019est aussi une question de respect. La plupart des candidats se sont inform\u00e9s au pr\u00e9alable sur l\u2019entreprise, ont calcul\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide de divers outils ce qu\u2019ils pourraient gagner et s\u2019attendent \u00e0 progresser sur le plan financier s\u2019ils changent d\u2019emploi. Ne faites pas semblant de l\u2019ignorer.<\/p>\n<p>Autre avantage : en traitant la discussion salariale rapidement et efficacement, vous disposerez de plus de temps pour parler du contenu de la fonction et des attentes mutuelles, mais aussi d\u2019approfondir les questions de l\u2019une des parties. Cela permet au candidat \u2014 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 \u2014 de commencer avec toutes les cartes en main.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines entreprises estiment peut-\u00eatre que les n\u00e9gociations salariales font partie du jeu. En effet, cela en dit long sur l\u2019assurance et le jugement du candidat. En m\u00eame temps, elles voient d\u2019un mauvais \u0153il lorsque les candidats comparent les offres, cherchent de meilleures contre-propositions et laissent l\u2019entreprise (trop) longtemps dans l\u2019incertitude. Au final, personne ne semble vraiment profiter d\u2019un processus aussi chronophage. Alors, pourquoi h\u00e9siter si l\u2019entreprise et le candidat sont tous les deux s\u00e9duits ?
