Elle met en \u00e9vidence les d\u00e9fis r\u00e9currents li\u00e9s \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie des comp\u00e9tences en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les principales conclusions de l\u2019\u00e9tude sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les entreprises attribuent de plus en plus souvent les failles de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 au manque de professionnels dans le secteur.<\/li>\n<li>Les intrusions continuent \u00e0 impacter lourdement les entreprises, et les dirigeants sont souvent sanctionn\u00e9s, car tenus responsables de ces incidents.<\/li>\n<li>Les certifications restent appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es des employeurs, qui permettent de valider les comp\u00e9tences et les connaissances demand\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Un recrutement ax\u00e9 sur la diversit\u00e9 est une opportunit\u00e9 de rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cette p\u00e9nurie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>John Maddison, Chief Marketing Officer, Fortinet : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les r\u00e9sultats de notre dernier rapport Global Cybersecurity Skills Gap t\u00e9moignent de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de collaborer pour faire \u00e9merger de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9. A mi-parcours de cet engagement pris sur 5 ans, nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 form\u00e9 un demi-million de personnes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Des profils qualifi\u00e9s toujours plus rares \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>4 millions de nouveaux professionnels seraient n\u00e9cessaires pour combler l\u2019\u00e9cart entre offre et demande sur le march\u00e9 mondial de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9. Selon le Global Cybersecurity Skills Gap Report de 2024, 70% des entreprises d\u00e9clarent que cette p\u00e9nurie de comp\u00e9tences cr\u00e9\u00e9e davantage de risques pour leur organisation. Ces r\u00e9sultats soulignent son impact, \u00e0 \u00e9chelle mondiale, sur les entreprises :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les entreprises attribuent davantage d\u2019incidents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie de comp\u00e9tences. Au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e, pr\u00e8s de 9 d\u00e9cideurs d\u2019entreprise sur 10 (87 %) estiment avoir subi une intrusion pouvant \u00eatre partiellement attribu\u00e9e au d\u00e9ficit de comp\u00e9tences cyber contre 84 % en 2023 et 80 % l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/li>\n<li>Les intrusions ont un impact plus important sur les entreprises. Les cons\u00e9quences d\u2019une intrusion peuvent \u00eatre multiples, allant des probl\u00e8mes financiers aux probl\u00e8mes d\u2019image de marque. L\u2019\u00e9tude de cette ann\u00e9e r\u00e9v\u00e8le que la responsabilit\u00e9 des dirigeants d\u2019entreprise est davantage remise en cause \u00e0 la suite \u00e0 un cyber-incident : 51 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es indiquent que des directeurs ou cadres dirigeants ont subi des sanctions financi\u00e8res, des peines de prison, une perte de poste ou encore un licenciement \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une cyberattaque. En outre, plus de 50 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es estiment que les intrusions ont induit des pertes de revenus, des p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res et des d\u00e9penses sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 1 million de dollars, contre 48 % en 2023 et 38 % l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/li>\n<li>Les conseils d&rsquo;administration font de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 un imp\u00e9ratif. La cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 devient une priorit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des dirigeants et conseils d\u2019administration. 72 % des r\u00e9pondants indiquent que leurs dirigeants se sont davantage pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. 97 % d\u2019entre eux pr\u00e9cisent que la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 est devenue une priorit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>Formation continue et certifications sont des crit\u00e8res de recrutement<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les managers consid\u00e8rent les certifications comme une validation des connaissances en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9. Ceux qui d\u00e9tiennent une certification ou qui travaillent avec une personne certifi\u00e9e y voient de vrais avantages. L\u2019enqu\u00eate de cette ann\u00e9e souligne \u00e9galement les tendances suivantes : \u200b<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les candidats certifi\u00e9s se distinguent. Plus de 90% des r\u00e9pondants d\u00e9clarent privil\u00e9gier le recrutement de profils certifi\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Les d\u00e9cideurs estiment que les certifications am\u00e9liorent la posture de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les r\u00e9pondants valorisent les certifications et 89 % se disent pr\u00eats \u00e0 financier la certification en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019un collaborateur.<\/li>\n<li>Le recrutement de candidats certifi\u00e9s n\u2019est pas simple. Plus de 70 % des r\u00e9pondants estiment qu\u2019il est difficile de trouver des profils disposant de certifications technologiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>Les entreprises \u00e9largissent leurs crit\u00e8res pour pourvoir les postes vacants<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Certaines entreprises \u00e9largissent leur vivier de recrutement et ne se contentent plus des profils traditionnels. Cette ouverture vers de nouveaux profils \u00e9largit le spectre des possibilit\u00e9s, notamment si les entreprises sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 investir dans les certifications et la formation. D\u2019autre part, le rapport met en lumi\u00e8re les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants : \u200b<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les entreprises misent sur la diversit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de recrutement. 83 % des r\u00e9pondants indiquent que leur entreprise a d\u00e9fini des objectifs de diversit\u00e9 dans leur recrutement sur les prochaines ann\u00e9es, un chiffre proche des 89 % enregistr\u00e9s en 2021.<\/li>\n<li>La diversit\u00e9 dans le recrutement varie d\u2019une ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019autre. En d\u00e9pit d\u2019objectifs \u00e9tablis, le recrutement actif de femmes est en recul (85 % des entreprises interrog\u00e9es, contre 89 % en 2022 et 88 % en 2021). Le recrutement aupr\u00e8s de minorit\u00e9s reste stable \u00e0 68% des entreprises (contre 67% en 2021).<\/li>\n<li>Si de nombreux managers qui recrutent valorisent les certifications, certaines entreprises restent sur des profils plus traditionnels. M\u00eame si de nombreux r\u00e9pondants d\u00e9clarent valoriser les certifications, 71% des entreprises continuent \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier des dipl\u00f4mes en 4 ans et 66 % ne recrutent que des candidats ayant suivi une formation traditionnelle. \u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>Trois axes pour renforcer la cyber-r\u00e9silience des entreprises<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les cyberattaques, plus fr\u00e9quentes et co\u00fbteuses, alarment sur l\u2019urgence de renforcer la cyberd\u00e9fense dans toutes les entreprises. La majeure partie d\u2019entre elles adoptent une approche qui associe formation, sensibilisation et technologie, avec les objectifs suivants : \u200b<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aider les \u00e9quipes IT et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 essentielles, en investissant dans la formation et les certifications.<\/li>\n<li>Favoriser une culture de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 parmi les collaborateurs : ces derniers peuvent s\u2019imposer en tant que premi\u00e8re ligne de d\u00e9fense de leur entreprise.<\/li>\n<li>Tirer parti de technologies de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 efficaces pour garantir une posture de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 robuste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: l\u2019enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de plus de 1 850 professionnels de l\u2019informatique et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, issus de 29 pays.
