Quant aux dirigeants d\u2019entreprise, pensent-ils que leurs travailleurs sont satisfaits de leur salaire? Les employeurs souhaiteraient pouvoir r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer leurs travailleurs sur la base de leurs prestations et non de leur anciennet\u00e9. Les travailleurs, quant \u00e0 eux, souhaitent avoir plus de certitude quant au salaire qu\u2019ils percevront chaque mois&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les Belges accordent actuellement \u00e0 leur salaire une note de satisfaction de 7\/10. La certitude quant \u00e0 la somme d\u2019argent qui arrive sur le compte chaque mois s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00eatre le crit\u00e8re le plus important aux yeux des travailleurs. 85% veulent en effet savoir combien ils gagneront chaque mois et comment cette r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00e9voluera au cours des cinq \u00e0 dix prochaines ann\u00e9es. Or, les employeurs souhaiteraient justement s\u2019\u00e9loigner des bar\u00e8mes pour d\u00e9terminer la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de leur personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Seul un quart d\u2019entre eux (26%) souhaiterait continuer \u00e0 se baser sur le principe de l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 (plus l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 est importante, plus le salaire est \u00e9lev\u00e9) en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. Les autres pr\u00e9f\u00e9reraient surtout que le salaire soit bas\u00e9 sur les prestations et les comp\u00e9tences de leur personnel.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Le salaire obtient la note de 7\/10<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Voici les r\u00e9sultats de cette nouvelle enqu\u00eate\u202f: dans l\u2019ensemble, les travailleurs belges sont satisfaits, voire tr\u00e8s satisfaits de leur package salarial et lui attribue une note moyenne de 7\/10. Ce r\u00e9sultat correspond d\u2019ailleurs aux estimations des employeurs en la mati\u00e8re. Les dirigeants d\u2019entreprise avaient en effet estim\u00e9 que les travailleurs donneraient \u00e0 leur salaire une note moyenne de 7,2\/10. \u200b<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Divergences entre travailleurs et employeurs en mati\u00e8re de salaire<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, 78% des entreprises se servent encore de bar\u00e8mes bas\u00e9s sur l\u2019anciennet\u00e9. Les travailleurs qui ont plus d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 re\u00e7oivent donc un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. C\u2019est surtout dans la R\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-Capitale (88%) et en Wallonie (82%) que les entreprises utilisent encore des bar\u00e8mes bas\u00e9s sur les ann\u00e9es de service du travailleur. La plupart d\u2019entre elles aimeraient toutefois y renoncer. Seules 26% des entreprises souhaitent conserver l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 comme crit\u00e8re salarial pour leur personnel \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. Les autres pr\u00e9f\u00e9reraient r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer leurs travailleurs en fonction de leurs prestations (40%) et de leurs aptitudes ou comp\u00e9tences professionnelles (34%). \u200b \u200b<\/p>\n<p>Laura Couchard, experte en r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration chez Acerta\u202fConsult, explique\u202f: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les travailleurs de notre pays aimeraient \u00eatre certains que le m\u00eame salaire soit vers\u00e9 tous les mois sur leur compte bancaire. Selon notre enqu\u00eate, il s\u2019agit de leur principale pr\u00e9occupation. Tant que la politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration offre cette perspective, les collaborateurs se disent ouverts \u00e0 d\u2019autres solutions. En outre, la transparence et l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 semblent \u00e9galement \u00eatre deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels pour composer un package salarial attrayant. D\u2019ailleurs, la transparence deviendra bient\u00f4t une obligation\u202f: en mai\u202f2023, l\u2019Europe a en effet introduit une directive sur la \u201ctransparence des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations qui vise une \u00e9galit\u00e9 de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration pour un travail \u00e9gal\u201d. La Belgique a jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2026 pour transposer cette directive dans la l\u00e9gislation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Enfin, l\u2019enqu\u00eate montre que la plupart des entreprises \u00e9tablissent actuellement leurs packages salariaux principalement sur une base d\u2019argent. Pour une entreprise sur trois, la maximisation de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration financi\u00e8re de ses travailleurs est une priorit\u00e9. De nombreux autres avantages extral\u00e9gaux peuvent donc \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 la politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, observe Acerta. Ces avantages et facilit\u00e9s, qui ne se traduisent pas directement en argent, peuvent par exemple prendre la forme d\u2019assurances, de formations et de possibilit\u00e9s de faire du sport ou de d\u00eener dans la cantine de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par l\u2019expert en RH Acerta\u202fConsult sur la satisfaction salariale des travailleurs belges aupr\u00e8s de plus de 2700\u202ftravailleurs et de 500\u202femployeurs. Les donn\u00e9es des entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pond\u00e9r\u00e9es pour \u00eatre repr\u00e9sentatives de la Belgique quant au nombre de travailleurs dans les entreprises actives d\u2019au moins 5\u202ftravailleurs.
