Un peu plus de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux affirment que la lettre de motivation demeure elle aussi un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel de la recherche d\u2019emploi. Le CV est m\u00eame encore plus d\u00e9terminant\u202f: pr\u00e8s de huit candidats sur dix le jugent essentiel. Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que les employeurs, pour leur part, s\u00e9lectionnent de plus en plus ces CV \u00e0 l\u2019aide de l\u2019IA. 15% d\u2019entre eux font d\u00e9j\u00e0 passer en revue les CV par un robot. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Quelle est l\u2019importance de la bonne vieille lettre de motivation et du bon vieux CV dans une proc\u00e9dure de candidature\u2009? Acerta et Stepstone ont pos\u00e9 cette question \u00e0 850\u202fcandidats. Qu\u2019en est-il ressorti\u2009? Les trois quarts des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont indiqu\u00e9 que les deux documents formels sont toujours tr\u00e8s importants pour d\u00e9crocher un premier entretien. Pr\u00e8s de six personnes sur dix (56,2%) affirment qu\u2019ils sont \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00eatre effectivement embauch\u00e9. Si la lettre de motivation est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e par 53,5% des candidats comme un outil important dans leur recherche d\u2019emploi, le CV est encore plus d\u00e9cisif\u202f: pr\u00e8s de huit demandeurs d\u2019emploi sur dix (78,6%) d\u00e9clarent que le CV est essentiel \u00e0 leur recherche d\u2019emploi. \u200b<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La lettre de motivation, la toute premi\u00e8re occasion de se d\u00e9marquer pour les candidats<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Maria Ferritto, experte en RH chez Acerta Consult, explique\u202f: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les candidats \u00e0 un poste indiquent dans notre enqu\u00eate qu\u2019ils consid\u00e8rent la motivation comme l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus important sur lequel un employeur potentiel devrait les \u00e9valuer. Les comp\u00e9tences et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle suivent \u00e0 bonne distance. Il est alors d\u2019autant plus frappant de constater que les candidats semblent en attendre beaucoup moins apr\u00e8s l\u2019envoi d\u2019une lettre de motivation qu\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019envoi d\u2019un CV. La lettre de motivation repr\u00e9sente cependant la premi\u00e8re occasion de se d\u00e9marquer en tant que candidat. Plusieurs candidats peuvent avoir le m\u00eame dipl\u00f4me ou une exp\u00e9rience similaire, mais la raison exacte pour laquelle une personne est int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par un employeur et un poste sp\u00e9cifiques est propre \u00e0 chacun et peut donc \u00eatre le facteur d\u00e9cisif. Vous ne pouvez pas n\u00e9gliger cette premi\u00e8re impression.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, une autre enqu\u00eate d\u2019Acerta aupr\u00e8s des employeurs montre qu\u2019ils sont de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 faire s\u00e9lectionner les CV par un robot. 15% des entreprises interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent utiliser l\u2019IA pour examiner les CV. L\u2019IA peut \u00e9galement repr\u00e9senter un avantage pour les candidats.<\/p>\n<p>Maria Ferritto indique\u202f: <em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019IA va devenir de plus en plus omnipr\u00e9sente pour les t\u00e2ches de routine dans les entreprises. L\u2019examen des CV en est un exemple. Mais les candidats peuvent \u00e9galement utiliser l\u2019IA lors de la r\u00e9daction d\u2019un CV ou d\u2019une lettre de motivation. Tout le monde n\u2019est pas aussi dou\u00e9 pour formuler ses motivations, mais gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence artificielle, cela ne doit plus \u00eatre un obstacle. L\u2019IA peut \u00eatre un atout si elle est utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 bon escient pour exprimer de mani\u00e8re authentique leur motivation personnelle. Il est toutefois important que les lettres de motivation et les CV r\u00e9dig\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019aide de l\u2019IA soient conformes \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Cette quinzi\u00e8me \u00e9dition a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e en avril 2024.
