Le programme est le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;une alliance entre Orange, BeCode et Start it @KBC.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Alors que des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que la diversit\u00e9 est un facteur cl\u00e9 de la collaboration et de l&rsquo;innovation au sein des entreprises, il y a un manque de diversit\u00e9 dans le paysage entrepreneurial technologique. Pourtant, les \u00e9quipes diversifi\u00e9es sont plus r\u00e9sistantes, plus innovantes, plus cr\u00e9atives et plus performantes. C&rsquo;est pourquoi Orange, BeCode et Start it @KBC ont uni leurs forces pour cr\u00e9er BuD-IT, le premier programme belge de cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;entreprise No-Code.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif de BuD-IT est de soutenir la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;\u00e9quipes entrepreneuriales diversifi\u00e9es en termes d&rsquo;\u00e2ge, de sexe, de formation et d&rsquo;origine. Ce programme, aussi innovant qu&rsquo;inclusif, vise \u00e0 transformer le paysage technologique belge en promouvant la diversit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;inclusion, tout en offrant des opportunit\u00e9s concr\u00e8tes de d\u00e9veloppement et d&#8217;emploi.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les participants pourront :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences techniques par le biais du No-Code1 gr\u00e2ce au nouveau Starter Sprint de 6 semaines de BeCode financ\u00e9 par la Fondation Orange<\/li>\n<li>b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;un coaching et d&rsquo;un mentorat personnalis\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce au soutien de Start it @KBC<\/li>\n<li>se connecter aux opportunit\u00e9s commerciales et de financement gr\u00e2ce au programme d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur de start-up Orange Fab<\/li>\n<li>se connecter aux autres acteurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>De l&rsquo;id\u00e9e \u00e0 la start-up en 12 mois<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Au printemps de cette ann\u00e9e, des personnes d&rsquo;origines socio-\u00e9conomiques diverses ont pos\u00e9 leur candidature pour participer au programme gratuit BeCode Starter Sprint de 6 semaines qui d\u00e9bute maintenant. Pendant six semaines, 20 participants s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s (50 % de femmes, 11 nationalit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes) assisteront \u00e0 des cours sur place pour apprendre les outils No-Code permettant de cr\u00e9er des logiciels, de vendre des services, de lancer des produits ou de d\u00e9velopper une id\u00e9e technologique, le tout sans \u00e9crire une seule ligne de code. En outre, 75 autres personnes auront la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der au contenu et aux exercices No-Code d&rsquo;ici la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les cours No-Code ne sont que la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape du parcours des 20 participants au programme BuD-IT. Les 9 et 10 octobre, ils seront invit\u00e9s \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter leur projet au jury de Start it @KBC. Ceux qui seront s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s continueront \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les bases de leur entreprise et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront du soutien de coachs d&rsquo;entreprise pour faire grandir leur projet.<\/p>\n<p>En avril 2025, apr\u00e8s 6 mois de soutien de Start it @KBC, les \u00e9quipes entrepreneuriales pourront rejoindre Orange Fab, l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur de start-up d&rsquo;Orange. Elles y d\u00e9velopperont commercialement leur projet gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la force de l&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me Orange ainsi qu&rsquo;aux nombreux experts de l&rsquo;entreprise. Les participants seront \u00e9galement invit\u00e9s \u00e0 prototyper leurs solutions au FabLab de l&rsquo;Orange Digital Center situ\u00e9 \u00e0 BeCentral et \u00e0 it\u00e9rer avec les coachs jusqu&rsquo;en septembre 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Isabelle Vanden Eede, Chief Brand, Communication &amp; ESG Officer chez Orange Belgium: <em>\u201cOrange s&rsquo;efforce de combler le foss\u00e9 num\u00e9rique et de cr\u00e9er un paysage entrepreneurial technologique plus inclusif et plus repr\u00e9sentatif.
