Les dirigeants d\u2019entreprise octroient par ailleurs la note de 7,3\/10 \u00e0 leur propre politique en mati\u00e8re de bien-\u00eatre, selon l\u2019enqu\u00eate. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les entreprises doivent non seulement prendre des initiatives en mati\u00e8re de bien-\u00eatre au travail, mais elles doivent \u00e9galement en assurer le suivi et en informer leur personnel<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, selon Acerta\u202fConsult.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les employeurs se montrent confiants quant aux mesures qu\u2019ils prennent en mati\u00e8re de bien-\u00eatre<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les dirigeants d\u2019entreprise de notre pays attribuent \u00e0 leur propre politique de bien-\u00eatre au travail une note moyenne de 7,3\/10. Les tr\u00e8s petites et les tr\u00e8s grandes entreprises sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus positives que la moyenne, comme le r\u00e9v\u00e8le l\u2019enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 500\u202fentreprises par Acerta\u202fConsult, en collaboration avec le bureau d\u2019enqu\u00eate Indiville. Si les employeurs se montrent confiants \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard, c\u2019est surtout parce qu\u2019ils prennent plusieurs mesures visant sp\u00e9cifiquement \u00e0 promouvoir le bien-\u00eatre sur le lieu de travail\u202f: en offrant des emplois valorisants (66%), en \u00e9tablissant des conditions de travail flexibles en mati\u00e8re d\u2019horaires et de cong\u00e9s (65%) et en mettant en place une bonne politique en mati\u00e8re de maladie et de r\u00e9insertion (65%). \u200b<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Comportements ind\u00e9sirables<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Toutes ces actions ne permettent toutefois pas d\u2019\u00e9radiquer compl\u00e8tement les comportements ind\u00e9sirables sur le lieu de travail. L\u2019enqu\u00eate d\u2019Acerta r\u00e9v\u00e8le en effet qu\u2019un travailleur sur cinq a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9 \u00e0 un comportement ind\u00e9sirable sur son lieu de travail. \u200b<\/p>\n<p>Anne-Sophie Bialas, experte juridique chez Acerta\u202fConsult, explique\u202f: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le fait qu\u2019un travailleur sur cinq ait \u00e9t\u00e9 victime ou t\u00e9moin d\u2019un comportement ind\u00e9sirable sur son lieu de travail, est un chiffre pour le moins alarmant. De nombreuses initiatives sont souvent prises par les entreprises pour promouvoir le bien-\u00eatre au travail, telles que la d\u00e9signation d&rsquo;une personne de confiance auquel les employ\u00e9s peuvent s&rsquo;adresser en cas de probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s aux risques psychosociaux au travail (y compris les brimades, les comportements sexuels non d\u00e9sir\u00e9s, les situations de conflit, le stress,&#8230;). Cependant, le bien-\u00eatre ne consiste pas seulement \u00e0 s&rsquo;attaquer aux comportements ind\u00e9sirables, mais aussi, par exemple, \u00e0 mettre en place une politique (pr\u00e9ventive) en mati\u00e8re de maladie et \u00e0 la r\u00e9insertion sur le lieu de travail. Ces initiatives visent \u00e0 promouvoir le bien-\u00eatre au travail, mais elles ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas toujours de la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire. Ces trois mesures sont les actions les plus importantes aux yeux des employeurs. Pourtant, six travailleurs sur dix estiment qu\u2019aucune politique de r\u00e9insertion n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place au sein de leur entreprise. M\u00eame constat pour le cadre d\u2019accords sur le droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion\u202f: 85\u202f% des employeurs confirment avoir mis en place un tel cadre, mais seul un travailleur sur quatre affirme \u00eatre au courant. Pour s\u2019assurer que les initiatives atteignent leur groupe cible et ne manquent donc pas leur objectif, une communication claire et r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e doit imp\u00e9rativement \u00eatre mise en place. Sinon, c\u2019est une v\u00e9ritable perte de temps, d\u2019argent et d\u2019\u00e9nergie.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: les donn\u00e9es sont issues de l\u2019enqu\u00eate miroir annuelle qu\u2019Acerta\u202fConsult fait r\u00e9aliser par le bureau d\u2019enqu\u00eate Indiville aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un \u00e9chantillon repr\u00e9sentatif compos\u00e9 de plus de 500\u202femployeurs et de 2700\u202ftravailleurs.
