L\u2019enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 722 cadres et 1300 travailleurs belges montre que la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 g\u00e9opolitique et l\u2019essor de l\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA) sont les principales sources d\u2019inqui\u00e9tude.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dans notre monde en constante \u00e9volution, il est essentiel de d\u00e9tecter les nouvelles tendances et d\u2019\u00e9valuer leur impact. C\u2019est pourquoi la FEB et Ageas ont uni leurs forces pour le TrendWatch 2024. Cette \u00e9tude interroge 722 chefs d\u2019entreprise belges, mais aussi un \u00e9chantillon repr\u00e9sentatif de 1300 travailleurs belges. Dans cette enqu\u00eate, les r\u00e9pondants ont chacun \u00e9valu\u00e9 en moyenne 10 \u00e0 15 tendances sur un total de 148. Les r\u00e9pondants pouvaient non seulement \u00e9valuer l\u2019impact d\u2019une tendance, mais aussi estimer la dur\u00e9e possible de cet impact (court, moyen ou long terme).<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Principales tendances en 2024<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Augmentation de la cybercriminalit\u00e9<\/span> <\/em>&#8211; Comme en 2022 et 2023, la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 reste une priorit\u00e9 absolue pour les managers belges en 2024. Les travailleurs belges continuent \u00e9galement \u00e0 y accorder une grande importance. Cette menace est r\u00e9elle si l\u2019on en croit les derniers chiffres du Centre pour la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 Belgique. L\u2019an dernier, des citoyens attentifs ont transf\u00e9r\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 10 millions de messages \u00e0 <a href=\"mailto:suspect@safeonweb.be\">suspect@safeonweb.be<\/a>, qui a ainsi pu d\u00e9tecter 1.200.000 liens suspects. Il convient \u00e9galement de noter la perc\u00e9e de l\u2019hame\u00e7onnage via les QR codes. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne a \u00e9t\u00e9 baptis\u00e9 \u2018quishing\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Instabilit\u00e9 g\u00e9opolitique<\/span><\/em> &#8211; Les tensions g\u00e9opolitiques mondiales (conflits au Moyen-Orient, guerre de la Russie contre l\u2019Ukraine, guerre commerciale entre les \u00c9tats-Unis et la Chine\u2026) ont un impact consid\u00e9rable sur les entreprises belges. L\u2019impr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 des relations internationales les contraint \u00e0 s\u2019adapter et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des strat\u00e9gies pour g\u00e9rer ces risques. Compte tenu des r\u00e9cents conflits g\u00e9opolitiques, il n\u2019est pas surprenant que les chefs d\u2019entreprise placent cette tendance en deuxi\u00e8me position.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00c9mergence de l\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA)<\/span><\/em> &#8211; Avec la perc\u00e9e d\u2019outils d\u2019intelligence artificielle tels que ChatGPT et Gemini, les chefs d\u2019entreprise et les travailleurs belges consid\u00e8rent l\u2019utilisation croissante de l\u2019intelligence artificielle comme l\u2019une des principales tendances. Compte tenu des nombreux avantages mais aussi inconv\u00e9nients potentiels, il n\u2019est pas illogique que cette tendance soit class\u00e9e si haut.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pollution<\/span> <\/em>&#8211; Un hiver et un printemps humides n\u2019y sont-ils pas pour quelque chose\u2009? La pollution de l\u2019environnement remonte dans le classement cette ann\u00e9e. En 2022, cette tendance arrivait en 9e position, en 2023 elle n\u2019\u00e9tait pas dans le top 10, et en 2024 elle est pass\u00e9e \u00e0 la 8e position. La FEB a r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9 aussi un livre blanc en collaboration avec Ageas, soulignant que la durabilit\u00e9 et les investissements durables sont essentiels pour une \u00e9conomie prosp\u00e8re et r\u00e9siliente. Cette enqu\u00eate le confirme une fois de plus.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Diff\u00e9rences au fil des ans<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les priorit\u00e9s des dirigeants ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, sous l\u2019influence d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements mondiaux et de l\u2019\u00e9volution des conditions du march\u00e9. Ainsi, l\u2019accent mis sur les congestions a diminu\u00e9, alors que les pr\u00e9occupations en mati\u00e8re de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 restent \u00e9lev\u00e9es. L\u2019essor du travail hybride a conduit \u00e0 mettre davantage l\u2019accent sur l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e, et l\u2019inad\u00e9quation du march\u00e9 du travail reste un th\u00e8me r\u00e9current, m\u00eame s\u2019il a un peu baiss\u00e9 sur la liste.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Managers vs travailleurs belges<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En 2024, il existe des diff\u00e9rences frappantes entre les dirigeants et les travailleurs belges en ce qui concerne certaines tendances cl\u00e9s. Par exemple, les managers indiquent que des tendances telles que la cybercriminalit\u00e9, l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 g\u00e9opolitique et la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 auront un impact significatif. En revanche, les travailleurs belges attachent plus d\u2019importance \u00e0 des tendances telles que les prix \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques \u00e9lev\u00e9s et l\u2019inflation. Ces diff\u00e9rences peuvent \u00eatre attribu\u00e9es aux diff\u00e9rents r\u00f4les et responsabilit\u00e9s dans les contextes professionnels respectifs. Les dirigeants, qui sont souvent responsables de la prise de d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques et de la gestion des risques, semblent plus pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par des tendances susceptibles d\u2019avoir un impact direct sur la gestion des entreprises et sur la stabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Pour leur part, les travailleurs semblent davantage pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par des tendances qui pourraient avoir un impact direct sur leur vie personnelle et leur bien-\u00eatre financier.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Chez Ageas, nous sommes constamment tourn\u00e9s vers l\u2019avenir.
