Il a accueilli 29 jeunes Europ\u00e9ennes de talent lors de\u00a0la cinqui\u00e8me \u00e9dition de \u201cl\u2019\u00c9cole pour le leadership f\u00e9minin \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e8re num\u00e9rique\u00a0\u00bb.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement , tenu \u00e0 Varsovie fin juillet, a fourni une plateforme pour le d\u00e9veloppement du leadership f\u00e9minin dans le monde num\u00e9rique. Pendant une semaine intensive, le programme a mis l&rsquo;accent sur l&rsquo;\u00e9largissement des opportunit\u00e9s pour les femmes et les minorit\u00e9s \u00e0 travers la connexion et la collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 2021, l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie a re\u00e7u plus de 12.000 candidatures , illustrant ainsi son engagement \u00e0 exploiter le potentiel des femmes pour fa\u00e7onner un avenir num\u00e9rique meilleur. L\u2019\u00e9dition de Varsovie a permis \u00e0 29 jeunes femmes leaders de vivre une exp\u00e9rience d\u2019apprentissage unique, guid\u00e9es par plus de 70 experts \u00e9minents, enseignants et anciennes participantes de l\u2019ELA. Au cours de la semaine, les participantes ont r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e0 l\u2019importance d\u2019un \u201cinternet pour tous\u201d et ont explor\u00e9 l\u2019impact de la technologie sur nos vies et notre travail, tout en envisageant leur potentiel futur et l\u2019importance de la coop\u00e9ration mondiale.<\/p>\n<p>Victoria Vandenberghe, \u00e9tudiante \u00e0 la KU Leuven, partage son exp\u00e9rience : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les jeunes femmes en position de leadership font face \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis comme les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s sexistes, l\u2019absence de mod\u00e8les, la pression pour \u00e9quilibrer vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e, et le manque de confiance en soi. Ce Campus d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 a apport\u00e9 des r\u00e9ponses concr\u00e8tes \u00e0 ces probl\u00e8mes, en nous donnant acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des mod\u00e8les f\u00e9minins inspirants et en cr\u00e9ant un r\u00e9seau de soutien. Les nombreux ateliers nous ont permis de remettre en question les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes, de plaider pour le changement et de construire un avenir o\u00f9 le leadership f\u00e9minin peut v\u00e9ritablement s\u2019\u00e9panouir.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le Campus d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 propose aux femmes talentueuses issues du secteur num\u00e9rique de d\u00e9couvrir que le leadership va bien au-del\u00e0 de l&rsquo;expertise technique. Au cours du programme, les participantes ont explor\u00e9 les principes fondamentaux d&rsquo;un leadership efficace et appris \u00e0 exploiter les avanc\u00e9es technologiques pour provoquer des changements positifs dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;European Leadership Academy (ELA), une initiative de Huawei, a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomin\u00e9e cette ann\u00e9e pour les Digital Skills Awards de la Commission europ\u00e9enne. Tony Yong Jin, vice-pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif de la r\u00e9gion europ\u00e9enne de Huawei, a soulign\u00e9 que <em>\u00ab\u00a0le d\u00e9veloppement des talents est une responsabilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e par tous les pays, entreprises et \u00e9tablissements d&rsquo;enseignement. Les programmes de Huawei offrent aux futurs leaders une opportunit\u00e9 exceptionnelle de se familiariser avec les technologies de pointe. Nous sommes ravis que leur impact positif soit reconnu par tant de pionniers europ\u00e9ens.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les sessions de cette \u00e9dition ont inclus une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s telles que des d\u00e9bats d&rsquo;experts, des conf\u00e9rences, des ateliers approfondis et des activit\u00e9s de renforcement d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe. Ces activit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soigneusement con\u00e7ues pour inspirer les jeunes esprits et les encourager \u00e0 faire entendre leur voix dans un environnement s\u00fbr et bienveillant.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cl\u00f4ture de l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2024, Berta Herrero, directrice de l&rsquo;European Leadership Academy et responsable de la diversit\u00e9, de l&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;inclusion chez Huawei Europe, s&rsquo;est adress\u00e9e aux participants.
