Pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un travailleur sur cinq (19\u202f%) pr\u00e9f\u00e8re m\u00eame n\u2019avoir aucun contact avec son dirigeant. 61% d\u2019entre eux, \u00e0 l\u2019inverse, affirment appr\u00e9cier le fait d\u2019avoir des contacts r\u00e9guliers avec leur dirigeant lorsqu\u2019ils ne sont pas au bureau.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ce qui ressort d\u2019une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Deel, la plateforme de gestion des salaires et des ressources humaines, aupr\u00e8s de 500\u202ftravailleurs belges travaillant \u00e0 distance au moins deux jours par semaine.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Estimation de la charge de travail<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Une bonne communication et une bonne coordination entre le dirigeant et le travailleur sont indispensables, surtout lorsqu\u2019on travaille r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 distance, pour collaborer avec succ\u00e8s. Pourtant, ce n&rsquo;est pas toujours le cas. Ainsi, un quart (24%) des Belges actifs d\u00e9clarent que leur dirigeant a du mal \u00e0 \u00e9valuer la charge de travail \u00e0 distance. De plus, 13\u202f% ne prennent pas cette \u00e9valuation au s\u00e9rieux, car ils estiment que les dirigeants ne peuvent pas \u00e9valuer correctement la charge de travail \u00e0 distance. 64% ne sont pas d&rsquo;accord avec cette affirmation, estimant que leur dirigeant peut l\u2019\u00e9valuer correctement, quelle que soit la distance.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Surveillance \u00e0 distance<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En tant que dirigeant, les moments de contact mutuel sont importants pour rester au courant des activit\u00e9s des collaborateurs. Ainsi, la moiti\u00e9 (53\u202f%) des travailleurs belges d\u00e9clarent avoir des moments de concertation formels avec leur dirigeant. Ces entretiens individuels sont des rendez-vous fixes et r\u00e9currents entre les dirigeants et les collaborateurs, qui peuvent avoir lieu tant physiquement que par appel vid\u00e9o. Mais les contacts t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques sont \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s pris\u00e9s\u202f: 37% t\u00e9l\u00e9phonent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 leur dirigeant et 19% d\u00e9clarent \u00e9changer des messages avec lui\/elle. Pourtant, le contact avec les dirigeants n&rsquo;est pas naturel pour tout le monde\u202f: deux travailleurs sur cinq (20%) affirment que leur dirigeant ne s\u2019int\u00e9resse qu\u2019au r\u00e9sultat de leur travail.<\/p>\n<p>Sven Mol, Manager PME chez Deel\u202f: <em>\u00ab\u00a0La confiance est essentielle, surtout lorsque l\u2019\u00e9quipe travaille \u00e0 distance. Le processus de recrutement est d\u00e9j\u00e0 extr\u00eamement important \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard. Veillez \u00e0 embaucher des personnes dont vous savez qu&rsquo;elles sont des professionnels et assurez-vous qu&rsquo;elles ont les qualit\u00e9s requises pour bien faire leur travail. En tant que dirigeant, votre t\u00e2che principale est de cr\u00e9er un environnement de travail dans lequel les \u00e9quipes peuvent r\u00e9ussir. Cela implique d\u2019\u00e9liminer les t\u00e2ches inutiles et d\u2019apporter un soutien l\u00e0 o\u00f9 c\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire. Tenez \u00e9galement votre \u00e9quipe responsable des r\u00e9sultats en communiquant des attentes claires, en en discutant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et en fixant ensemble les objectifs suivants. Par ailleurs, tenez compte du fait que, pour certains, le travail \u00e0 distance peut brouiller la fronti\u00e8re entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e. Passer un appel rapide ou envoyer un message \u00e0 un collaborateur est \u00e9videmment une bonne chose, mais veillez \u00e0 ne le faire que pendant les heures de travail et \u00e9ventuellement sur son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone professionnel. En agissant sur la base de la confiance et du respect, vous pouvez \u00e9galement cr\u00e9er un environnement de travail positif, y compris \u00e0 distance.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 500\u202ftravailleurs belges qui travaillent \u00e0 distance &#8211; pas au bureau &#8211; au moins deux jours par semaine.
