En plus de la flexibilit\u00e9 acquise, une grande partie des employ\u00e9s (82%) disent qu&rsquo;ils se sentent plus proches de leurs \u00e9quipes et de leurs managers dans un cadre hybride.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats proviennent d&rsquo;une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par Zoom en collaboration avec Reworked INSIGHTS, qui a interrog\u00e9 1 900 employ\u00e9s et 600 managers dans le monde entier.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Confiance<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Deux tiers des managers (64%) autorisent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement leurs employ\u00e9s \u00e0 travailler de la maison. En outre, les trois quarts de ces responsables (75%) pr\u00e9voient d&rsquo;adapter les modalit\u00e9s de travail au cours des deux prochaines ann\u00e9es, la majorit\u00e9 d&rsquo;entre eux (82%) visant un horaire de travail plus flexible. Les cadres ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait de grands progr\u00e8s en termes de confiance au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es : la moiti\u00e9 d&rsquo;entre eux (50%) affirment \u00eatre devenus beaucoup plus conciliants depuis la p\u00e9riode COVID.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude montre toutefois qu&rsquo;il y a encore des progr\u00e8s \u00e0 faire. Si la volont\u00e9 de changement est forte, la technologie est parfois \u00e0 la tra\u00eene. Trois quarts des travailleurs dans le monde (75%) pensent que la technologie pour travailler \u00e0 distance doit \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. L&rsquo;IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative peut jouer un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard. Une grande majorit\u00e9 de managers (84%) affirment que l&rsquo;IA a stimul\u00e9 la productivit\u00e9. 64% des employ\u00e9s partagent cet avis.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMaintenant que le travail hybride est devenu la norme, les managers devraient \u00e9couter leurs employ\u00e9s et investir dans des technologies de qualit\u00e9. De bons outils garantissent des employ\u00e9s heureux et, en fin de compte, une meilleure productivit\u00e9.
