Notre \u00e9tude montre cependant que pour de nombreux employ\u00e9s, la stabilit\u00e9 est plus importante qu&rsquo;un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Jo\u00ebl Poilvache, Regional Managing Director chez Robert Half \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de cette nouvelle enqu\u00eate.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sur le march\u00e9 du travail actuel, la moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi \u00e0 un meilleur salaire. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;inverse pour seulement 20% des salari\u00e9s. Notons qu&rsquo;un peu plus d&rsquo;un quart des membres de la Gen Z (18-27 ans) pr\u00e9f\u00e9reraient un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, alors que dans le groupe des plus \u00e2g\u00e9s, celui des baby-boomers (60+), cette proportion n&rsquo;est \u00ab\u00a0que\u00a0\u00bb de 12%.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Malgr\u00e9 les opportunit\u00e9s offertes par le march\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi, les employ\u00e9s sont encore un peu r\u00e9ticents et optent principalement pour la stabilit\u00e9. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi prime sur le salaire. La jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration accorde quant \u00e0 elle plus d&rsquo;importance \u00e0 une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Ils sont au d\u00e9but de leur carri\u00e8re et ont donc des attentes et des priorit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes, par exemple des emprunts ou des enfants en bas \u00e2ge. Ils sont d\u00e8s lors pr\u00eats \u00e0 prendre plus de risques et \u00e0 oser changer d&#8217;emploi pour un meilleur salaire\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Jo\u00ebl Poilvache.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Salaire satisfaisant<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>32% des employ\u00e9s interrog\u00e9s sont satisfaits de leur emploi et ne seraient pas tent\u00e9s par un autre travail mieux r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9. Pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration la plus \u00e2g\u00e9e, celle des baby-boomers, cette proportion est deux fois moins \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Les femmes (35%) sont par ailleurs un peu plus satisfaites que les hommes (29%). Quatre membres de la Gen Z sur dix changeraient d&#8217;emploi principalement pour des raisons de contenu du job, quel que soit le salaire, ce qui est nettement moins le cas de toutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations plus anciennes. Le contenu de l&#8217;emploi est invoqu\u00e9 comme raison de changer de travail par autant d&rsquo;hommes que de femmes, \u00e0 savoir 29%.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous savons que les membres de la Gen Z ont besoin d&rsquo;un but et notre \u00e9tude le d\u00e9montre \u00e0 nouveau\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> souligne Jo\u00ebl Poilvache. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Mais nous constatons aussi que les Belges sont plut\u00f4t satisfaits de leur salaire. 51% d\u00e9clarent que leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration est proportionnelle \u00e0 leur exp\u00e9rience et \u00e0 leur expertise. Ici, ce sont surtout les membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration X (44-59 ans) qui se d\u00e9marquent : seuls 44% d&rsquo;entre eux se disent satisfaits de leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. Le fait que les employ\u00e9s pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi \u00e0 un meilleur salaire ne signifie toutefois pas que les bonnes performances ne doivent pas \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9es d&rsquo;une certaine forme de reconnaissance.
