A l\u2019\u00e9poque, la loi Renault \u00e9tait un premier pas dans la bonne direction, pour impliquer et accompagner les travailleurs lors de licenciements collectifs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Depuis, la loi Renault m\u00e9riterait grandement d\u2019\u00eatre actualis\u00e9e et adapt\u00e9e. Elle\u00a0a atteint ses limites, il faut de toute urgence une \u00ab loi Audi \u00bb qui offre des solutions \u00e0 :<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>L\u2019information et l\u2019implication des sous-traitants et des fournisseurs<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Dans la loi Renault, les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs ne sont absolument pas pris en compte. Ils ne re\u00e7oivent pas suffisamment d\u2019informations et quand ils en re\u00e7oivent, elles sont souvent incorrectes. Il est indispensable d&rsquo;impliquer l\u2019ensemble des travailleurs dans la concertation !<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Un plan social pour tout le monde<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Le personnel temporaire, les int\u00e9rimaires, les sous-traitants, les fournisseurs, \u2026 nagent dans un flou total. Il faut rendre obligatoire l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un plan social pour TOUS les travailleurs.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Le renforcement de la concertation sociale<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Les informations doivent \u00eatre totalement transparentes et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es de fa\u00e7on claire et objective. Si les employeurs rejettent des propositions avanc\u00e9es par les travailleurs et syndicats, ils doivent justifier leur position en fournissant des arguments concrets et objectifs.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Transparence au sujet des subsides re\u00e7us<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Il est important que les entreprises rendent visibles et soient en mesure de justifier les aides publiques et les fonds qu\u2019elles ont re\u00e7us pendant une p\u00e9riode donn\u00e9e.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u2026<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Ces adaptations permettront de prot\u00e9ger tous les travailleurs et de les soutenir dans leur carri\u00e8re.
