Objectif de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude: pour quelles raisons avez-vous choisi de quitter votre employeur et d&rsquo;en rejoindre un autre? Au premier rang des crit\u00e8res de d\u00e9cision: les opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>La crit\u00e8re financier appara\u00eet comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment fondamental mais ce sont les opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re qui devancent toutes les autres raisons, dans quelque r\u00e9gion du monde que ce soit.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les autres raisons mentionn\u00e9es (et donc jouant un r\u00f4le significatif dans la d\u00e9cision de quitter un job), citons le leadership de l&rsquo;entreprise, l&rsquo;environnement de travail, la reconnaissance et la nature des t\u00e2ches allou\u00e9es. Toutes ces dimensions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 relev\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un tiers des r\u00e9pondants. La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration (salaire et avantages extra-l\u00e9gaux) appara\u00eet en quatri\u00e8me position.<br \/>\nToutefois, dans le choix \u00e0 op\u00e9rer en vue de rejoindre une nouvelle entreprise, le package salarial montre une influence pr\u00e9dominante. Juste derri\u00e8re le facteur &lsquo;Carri\u00e8re&rsquo; (cit\u00e9 par 59% des r\u00e9pondants \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelon global), la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration constitue en effet la deuxi\u00e8me raison, mise en \u00e9vidence par 54% des r\u00e9pondants. Sans surprise, trois quarts des mouvements professionnels observ\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9s d&rsquo;une progression salariale.<\/p>\n<p>Les femmes accordent davantage d&rsquo;importance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de leur carri\u00e8re, au management et \u00e0 l&rsquo;environnement de travail, comparativement \u00e0 leurs homologues masculins. Par contre, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude ne montre pas de diff\u00e9rence significative d&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation quant au crit\u00e8re financier ni quant \u00e0 la dimension relative aux challenges professionnels.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le plan des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations &#8211; et cela ne nous surprendra pas! -, il appara\u00eet que les Millenials (Gen Y) se montrent nettement plus actifs que leurs a\u00een\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de recherche de nouveaux d\u00e9fis professionnels. En ce qui les concerne \u00e9galement, la progression dans l&rsquo;organisation, la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et la nature des t\u00e2ches \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser sont les facteurs d\u00e9cisifs.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les enseignements \u00e0 tirer de cette enqu\u00eate, les analystes soulignent la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;insister sur la vie quotidienne et les perspectives d&rsquo;\u00e9volution au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de communiquer sur une offre d&#8217;emploi. L&rsquo;obstacle principal rencontr\u00e9 par les candidats restent en effet la difficult\u00e9 de conna\u00eetre \/ comprendre l&rsquo;environnement de travail susceptible de les accueillir demain.
