Dans une p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 il y a une v\u00e9ritable guerre des talents, cette aide \u00e0 l\u2019emploi va permettre aux entreprises d\u2019engager leurs futurs travailleurs et de les former en r\u00e9duisant leurs charges financi\u00e8res. Cette nouvelle mouture a notamment port\u00e9 une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019encadrement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par les tuteurs de ces nouvelles recrues. Les am\u00e9liorations apport\u00e9es \u00e0 ce dispositif ont pour objectif de doubler le nombre de PFI sign\u00e9s dans les 12 prochains mois (5.555 en 2023).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, en Wallonie, pr\u00e8s de 21.000 offres d\u2019emploi sont disponibles sur l\u2019app et le site du Forem. Dans un contexte concurrentiel au niveau des recrutements et de m\u00e9tiers en p\u00e9nurie (162 m\u00e9tiers en 2024), les entreprises peinent \u00e0 trouver des talents qualifi\u00e9s. Avec la r\u00e9vision du dispositif Plan Formation Insertion, l\u2019objectif est de rapprocher les chercheurs d\u2019emploi des besoins sp\u00e9cifiques en recrutement des entreprises. En 2023, le PFI avait permis de mettre \u00e0 l\u2019emploi 5.555 personnes.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Qu\u2019est-ce que le PFI ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>C\u2019est un dispositif d\u2019aide \u00e0 l\u2019emploi qui permet \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise de former et d\u2019engager un chercheur d\u2019emploi en r\u00e9duisant la charge financi\u00e8re pour l\u2019entreprise tout en ayant la garantie que leur futur collaborateur dispose des comp\u00e9tences dont elle a besoin.<\/p>\n<p>Le chercheur d\u2019emploi a l\u2019avantage d\u2019\u00eatre form\u00e9 en entreprise et celle-ci s\u2019engage \u00e0 l\u2019embaucher pour une dur\u00e9e au moins \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e de sa formation. Le chercheur d\u2019emploi reste inscrit au Forem et continue \u00e0 percevoir ses \u00e9ventuelles allocations sociales (RIS, allocations de ch\u00f4mage) et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une prime de formation pendant la dur\u00e9e de celle-ci.<\/p>\n<p>Quant \u00e0 la formation, elle s&rsquo;\u00e9tale sur 4 \u00e0 26 semaines (et jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 52 semaines dans certains cas).<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Concr\u00e8tement, qu\u2019est-ce qui change ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La nouvelle mouture du PFI pr\u00e9voit notamment :<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&gt; La r\u00e9vision des aspects financiers<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nC\u2019est l\u2019employeur qui paiera directement la prime d\u2019encouragement, ainsi que les frais de transport au stagiaire, ce qui renforce le lien entre le futur collaborateur et son employeur.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&gt; La pr\u00e9cision de l\u2019exercice du tutorat<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nPour optimiser la qualit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9ussite de la formation, le ou les tuteurs d\u00e9sign\u00e9s pour encadrer le stagiaire devront avoir au moins 5 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience utile dans le m\u00e9tier, ou un certificat, brevet ou dipl\u00f4me de tutorat d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par un organisme comp\u00e9tent.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&gt; La d\u00e9livrance d\u2019une attestation de comp\u00e9tences en fin de PFI<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c0 l\u2019issue du PFI, l\u2019employeur r\u00e9digera avec l\u2019aide d\u2019un conseiller Forem et d\u00e9livrera une attestation de comp\u00e9tences au stagiaire. Si le stagiaire le souhaite, il pourra \u00e9galement passer un examen de validation des comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&gt; Le contr\u00f4le de l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019effectif du personnel par le Forem<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nL\u2019effectif de l\u2019entreprise doit augmenter d\u2019une unit\u00e9 lors de l\u2019engagement du stagiaire PFI par rapport aux 4 derniers trimestres.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>A qui s\u2019adresse le PFI ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le PFI est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 tout demandeur d\u2019emploi inoccup\u00e9 inscrit au Forem, y compris les travailleurs \u00e0 temps partiel inscrits au Forem et il est accessible aux employeurs priv\u00e9s, entreprises publiques autonomes, employeurs de la fonction publique ou aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019int\u00e9rim.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Plan Formation Insertion (PFI) a \u00e9t\u00e9 revu afin de permettre aux entreprises de trouver plus facilement leurs nouveaux collaborateurs comp\u00e9tents.
