L\u2019enqu\u00eate montre que les jeunes accordent une importance particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la flexibilit\u00e9 des horaires et au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Ils ont \u00e9galement un avis clair sur le cong\u00e9 parental qui doit pouvoir \u00eatre r\u00e9parti librement entre les parents, selon eux.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Flexibilit\u00e9 au travail : une priorit\u00e9 pour les jeunes<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>71% des jeunes interrog\u00e9s s\u2019attendent \u00e0 pouvoir travailler avec des horaires flexibles. Les employeurs r\u00e9pondent largement \u00e0 cette demande, avec 93% d\u2019entre eux offrant cette possibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 au moins une partie de leurs salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, bien que pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 par les jeunes, ne remplace pas totalement la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une pr\u00e9sence sur le lieu de travail. En effet, tant les jeunes que les employeurs estiment que la combinaison d\u2019un travail \u00e0 distance et d\u2019un travail au bureau reste la meilleure formule. Car les jeunes ne veulent pas perdre le lien avec leurs coll\u00e8gues : 71% des jeunes travailleurs trouvent important de rencontrer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement leurs coll\u00e8gues au bureau.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>S\u00e9paration entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les employeurs et les jeunes ne se rejoignent pas sur la s\u00e9paration entre la vie professionnelle et la vie priv\u00e9e. 38% des employeurs pensent que les jeunes sont dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre disponibles pour leur employeur en dehors des heures de travail. En revanche, seuls 23% des jeunes estiment qu\u2019il est normal d\u2019\u00eatre disponibles pour leur employeur en dehors des heures de travail. Un point sur lequel employeurs et jeunes doivent donc se retrouver.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Cong\u00e9 parental : vers une plus grande \u00e9galit\u00e9 entre parents<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Concernant le cong\u00e9 parental, 80% des jeunes estiment que ce cong\u00e9 devrait pouvoir \u00eatre r\u00e9parti librement entre les deux parents, en fonction de leur choix. Cet avis est partag\u00e9 par 63% des employeurs. En outre, 69% des jeunes se disent favorables \u00e0 une mesure rendant les 20 jours de cong\u00e9 pour le co-parent obligatoires, alors que cette id\u00e9e est soutenue par 41% des employeurs.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Dans de nombreux domaines, il existe un terrain d\u2019entente entre les employeurs et les travailleurs. C\u2019est par exemple le cas du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, aujourd\u2019hui bien \u00e9tabli. Mais les employeurs doivent avoir encore une marge de progression pour mieux comprendre les attentes des jeunes travailleurs, comme le cong\u00e9 parental dans le cadre duquel un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre les parents est le bienvenu\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare Pieter Timmermans, CEO de la FEB.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : FEB<\/em><br \/>\n<em>*Pour cette \u00e9tude, 800 jeunes de 17 \u00e0 28 ans (repr\u00e9sentatifs en termes de sexe, de langue, d\u2019\u00e2ge et de qualification) et 112 employeurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s.
