\nIl reprend le flambeau des mains de son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur, Michel Delforge, \u00e0 un moment cl\u00e9 dans l’histoire des allocations familiales. \u00ab\u00a0La r\u00e9gionalisation est un enjeu majeur sur lequel tous les efforts doivent \u00eatre port\u00e9s. Nous veillerons \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper la proximit\u00e9 avec les familles et la qualit\u00e9 de nos services dans la continuit\u00e9 du travail d\u00e9j\u00e0 accompli\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise-t-il.<\/p>\n

D’autres d\u00e9fis attendent le nouveau directeur. En effet, la Caisse d’allocations familiales UCM a r\u00e9cemment fusionn\u00e9 avec la caisse Cicafi situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Verviers. Elle est devenue ainsi la premi\u00e8re caisse francophone et permet au Groupe UCM de se situer en premi\u00e8re position en Wallonie sur tous les secteurs couverts par les groupes sociaux (Guichet d’entreprises, Caisse d’assurances sociales, Secr\u00e9tariat social, Caisse d’allocations familiales). Elle peut en outre s’enorgueillir d’une reconnaissance des autorit\u00e9s de tutelle, tant pour la qualit\u00e9 de ses services que celle de ses logiciels et applications informatiques.<\/p>\n

Vincent Edart b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera du soutien de Michel Delforge, en tant que conseiller strat\u00e9gique attach\u00e9 \u00e0 l’administrateur d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9.
