Cela signifie qu&rsquo;il ne restait plus qu&rsquo;une courte p\u00e9riode pour lever de nouveaux fonds afin de pouvoir poursuivre la gestion de l&rsquo;entreprise. C\u2019est ce qui ressort du Growth Generator, une \u00e9tude sur les d\u00e9fis auxquels les entreprises sont confront\u00e9es lorsqu\u2019elles sont en phase de croissance. <!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Acc\u00e8s moins ais\u00e9 \u00e0 un financement suffisant<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le fait que tant de scale-up aient d\u00fb faire face \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de liquidit\u00e9 peut s&rsquo;expliquer par la r\u00e9duction des possibilit\u00e9s de financement. 28% des d\u00e9cideurs indiquent en effet que maintenant que leur organisation n\u2019est plus une start-up, il est plus difficile d\u2019obtenir un financement qui couvre les co\u00fbts de la gestion de l\u2019entreprise. En outre, le manque de moyens financiers peut \u00e9galement r\u00e9sulter de d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la gestion des co\u00fbts. Par exemple, 28% d\u00e9clarent que leur organisation se pr\u00e9occupe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement peu de la rentabilit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Croissance limit\u00e9e en raison de moyens financiers insuffisants<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le manque de moyens financiers limite la croissance des scale-up. Ainsi, un tiers (34%) d\u00e9clare que son entreprise ne dispose pas de moyens financiers suffisants pour mettre \u00e0 jour les processus et les syst\u00e8mes au niveau n\u00e9cessaire pour suivre la croissance de l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Stefanie Richheimer, VP Benelux chez Mollie : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Actuellement, il est souvent difficile pour les scale-up d\u2019acc\u00e9der au financement depuis le secteur financier r\u00e9gulier. Alors que c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pendant la phase de croissance que de nombreuses entreprises ont besoin d\u2019un coup de pouce financier pour poursuivre leur d\u00e9veloppement. En effet, cela ne peut se faire qu&rsquo;en investissant et les scale-up ne sont souvent pas encore assez rentables pour assurer un financement de leur propre poche. Par cons\u00e9quent, si elles ne peuvent pas obtenir de financement, une grande partie de l&rsquo;innovation est perdue.
