Il s&rsquo;agit du droit d&rsquo;\u00eatre injoignable lorsque des r\u00e8gles de base claires sont \u00e9tablies au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise : quand r\u00e9pondre aux appels et aux mails ou comment utiliser les outils num\u00e9riques de mani\u00e8re saine et responsable comme les groupes WhatsApp d\u2019\u00e9quipe, par exemple.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Katleen Jacobs, experte chez SD Worx, explique : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Vous ne devez pas travailler pendant votre temps libre. Pourtant, nous constatons que 4 employ\u00e9s sur 10 consultent parfois leurs mails en dehors des heures de travail, pendant le week-end ou lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont dans leur canap\u00e9, le soir. La Belgique n\u2019est pas un cas isol\u00e9 : ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est \u00e9galement courant dans d&rsquo;autres pays, comme le montre l\u2019enqu\u00eate internationale men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 18.000 employ\u00e9s dans 18 pays.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Pour certains employ\u00e9s, pouvoir suivre leurs mails en dehors des heures de travail et rester connect\u00e9s \u00e0 leur entreprise est plut\u00f4t rassurant. Un droit \u00e0 la connexion, en d&rsquo;autres termes. La connectivit\u00e9 est l&rsquo;un des facteurs de bonheur au travail et, bien entendu, une simple connexion num\u00e9rique ne suffit pas. Mais comme c&rsquo;est souvent le cas, il n&rsquo;y a pas de \u2018formule magique\u2019. Pour certains, il faut une s\u00e9paration stricte entre le travail et la vie priv\u00e9e, alors que d&rsquo;autres aiment consulter leurs mails pendant leurs vacances au ski.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Katleen Jacobs, de SD Worx, conclut : <em>\u00ab\u00a0\u00bbIl est important que, dans l\u2019entreprise, il y ait un cadre clair dans lequel les employ\u00e9s peuvent \u00e9voluer \u00e0 leur mani\u00e8re.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><br \/>\n43% des Belges assurent le suivi du travail en dehors de leurs heures de bureau. 39% des Belges assurent le suivi des mails pendant leurs vacances<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Sept employ\u00e9s belges sur dix appr\u00e9cient la flexibilit\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En 2024, SD Worx a examin\u00e9 de plus pr\u00e8s ce que les employ\u00e9s belges entendent par \u00ab flexibilit\u00e9 \u00bb :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Horaires de travail modulables : la possibilit\u00e9 de choisir les heures de d\u00e9but et de fin de travail dans une certaine fourchette. 70% des employ\u00e9s belges se disent int\u00e9ress\u00e9s. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, d\u00e9j\u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 (52%) des employ\u00e9s belges en profitent. Seules la Finlande, l&rsquo;Autriche et l&rsquo;Allemagne obtiennent de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats.<\/li>\n<li>Un horaire journalier flexible : la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9cider soi-m\u00eame quand travailler, quand faire des pauses, etc. Environ la moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s le font d\u00e9j\u00e0.<\/li>\n<li>Horaires de travail flexibles : la possibilit\u00e9 de choisir des horaires de travail diff\u00e9rents. 67 % des employ\u00e9s belges sont int\u00e9ress\u00e9s, contre 45% qui en font d\u00e9j\u00e0 l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u00e9j\u00e0 d&rsquo;une flexibilit\u00e9 dans leurs horaires et leurs jours de travail et ce chiffre devrait augmenter.
