De m\u00eame, et selon l&rsquo;\u00e9tude salariale annuelle r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Hudson aupr\u00e8s de 299 organisations belges, le nombre d\u2019entreprises pr\u00e9voyant un budget sp\u00e9cialement d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux promotions grimpe en fl\u00e8che.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bien que les organisations soient plus nombreuses \u00e0 augmenter le salaire de base de leurs collaborateurs, le pourcentage d\u2019entreprises ayant l\u2019intention d\u2019accorder une hausse de la masse salariale de plus de 2,5% a chut\u00e9 de 28% en 2024 \u00e0 17% pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, 64% des organisations pr\u00e9voient de consacrer un budget sp\u00e9cifique aux promotions en 2025, soit une progression de quelque 34 pp. par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019an dernier. Comme les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, la plupart des organisations consacrent moins de 1% de leur masse salariale totale aux promotions, hors indexation. Pr\u00e8s de 20% des organisations pr\u00e9voient d\u2019allouer plus de 1%.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>5% de la masse salariale pour la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>80% des organisations pr\u00e9voient un budget distinct pour la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable en 2025, contre seulement 39% l\u2019an dernier. Quatre organisations sur dix comptent allouer plus de 5% du budget salarial total \u00e0 la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable.<\/p>\n<p>Il est frappant de constater que 58% des organisations ne pr\u00e9voient pas de budget pour la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable de leurs ouvriers et que 30% n\u2019en pr\u00e9voient pas pour leurs employ\u00e9s. Ce sont surtout les cadres et les dirigeants qui peuvent compter sur une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable par rapport aux fonctions de niveau inf\u00e9rieur, et ce dans des fourchettes de 7,51% \u00e0 10% et de 10,01% \u00e0 12,50%.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0\u00c0 mesure que les niveaux de fonction augmentent, des ouvriers jusqu\u2019aux cadres sup\u00e9rieurs, les organisations ont tendance \u00e0 affecter des pourcentages plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable. Plus de 20% des organisations pr\u00e9voient un budget sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 20% de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable pour les cadres sup\u00e9rieurs, ce qui indique que l\u2019accent repose davantage sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration li\u00e9e aux performances aux \u00e9chelons sup\u00e9rieurs. Les organisations sont plus enclines \u00e0 offrir des incitants substantiels \u00e0 la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable pour ces postes\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, souligne Paul-Etienne Siegrist, senior manager chez Hudson.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Anticiper l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019index<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>90% des organisations anticipent l\u2019indexation automatique des salaires et \u00e9tablissent des pr\u00e9visions d\u2019indexation pour 2025. La majorit\u00e9 estiment que l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019indice variera entre 2% et 4%. \u00c0 peine 31% des organisations envisagent une augmentation de l\u2019indice sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 3,5% pour des employ\u00e9s. C\u2019est pourtant ce que pr\u00e9voit la commission de l\u2019index. Selon les derniers calculs, les nombreux employ\u00e9s de la CP 200 peuvent actuellement s\u2019attendre \u00e0 une hausse de salaire de 3,52%.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019indexation des salaires continue donc de peser lourdement sur le budget des entreprises. Nous devons donc \u00e9galement oser remettre en question le syst\u00e8me actuel de l\u2019indexation salariale, estime Paul-Etienne Siegrist :<em> \u00ab\u00a0Il n\u2019y a rien \u00e0 redire par rapport au principe, mais la mani\u00e8re dont il est appliqu\u00e9 sans la moindre nuance n\u00e9cessite une r\u00e9flexion critique. Pourquoi ne pas indexer graduellement, en rel\u00e2chant l\u2019embrayage au-del\u00e0 d\u2019un certain plafond salarial?
