Pour 55 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es, le salaire joue un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif. Ils esp\u00e8rent trouver de meilleures conditions financi\u00e8res aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un nouvel employeur.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En outre, la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 trouver davantage d&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement professionnel dans leur nouvel emploi. Par ailleurs, 36% des personnes interrog\u00e9es se disent insatisfaites de leur emploi actuel et consid\u00e8rent ce facteur d\u00e9terminant pour leur d\u00e9cision de changer d&#8217;emploi. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Des perspectives de carri\u00e8re limit\u00e9es, des possibilit\u00e9s de formation insuffisantes et des pratiques de leadership m\u00e9diocres peuvent avoir un impact n\u00e9gatif sur l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience professionnelle\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare \u00d6zlem.<em> \u00ab\u00a0Les professionnels recherchent un environnement o\u00f9 ils se sentent \u00e9cout\u00e9s et o\u00f9 leur d\u00e9veloppement est encourag\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Quelles sont les attentes salariales pour 2025 ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate montre que les attentes en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;augmentation de salaire sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es : 72% des professionnels s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 une augmentation de salaire en 2025. Toutefois, l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;augmentation de salaire pourrait entra\u00eener davantage de mouvements sur le march\u00e9 du travail, puisque 41% des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elles \u00e9taient susceptibles de quitter leur employeur actuel si elles ne recevaient pas d&rsquo;augmentation de salaire dans les 12 mois. \u00d6zlem ajoute :<em> \u00ab\u00a0Ces chiffres montrent \u00e0 quel point les attentes salariales sont li\u00e9es \u00e0 la loyaut\u00e9, en particulier dans un march\u00e9 o\u00f9 les employeurs sont en concurrence pour retenir les talents.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui fait rester les professionnels fid\u00e8les \u00e0 leur employeur?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Si beaucoup sont ouverts au changement, il y a aussi de bonnes raisons de rester fid\u00e8le \u00e0 son employeur actuel. 22% des professionnels soulignent qu&rsquo;un salaire comp\u00e9titif et des avantages sociaux attrayants, tels que des assurances maladie et des possibilit\u00e9s de formation, les rendent heureux. Ces avantages n&rsquo;offrent pas seulement une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re, mais contribuent \u00e9galement \u00e0 leur satisfaction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale au travail.<\/p>\n<p>21% estiment qu&rsquo;un environnement de travail positif, des coll\u00e8gues agr\u00e9ables et une forte culture d&rsquo;entreprise sont de bonnes raisons de rester chez leur employeur actuel.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, pour 18% des personnes interrog\u00e9es, les options de travail flexibles &#8211; telles que le travail \u00e0 domicile et les horaires flexibles &#8211; restent une motivation d\u00e9cisive pour ne pas changer d&#8217;emploi.<em> \u00ab\u00a0La flexibilit\u00e9 offre un \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e que les professionnels appr\u00e9cient \u00e9norm\u00e9ment\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, dit \u00d6zlem.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Pour retenir les talents, il faut adopter une approche strat\u00e9gique ax\u00e9e sur le salaire, la flexibilit\u00e9 et la culture d&rsquo;entreprise.
