Cette ann\u00e9e, trois organisations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9es par un Prix de l\u2019inclusion\u202f: l\u2019Office national de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (ONSS), le SPF Strat\u00e9gie et Appui (BOSA) et le SPF Mobilit\u00e9 et Transports. Chacun de leurs projets joue un r\u00f4le unique dans la promotion de l&rsquo;inclusion et de la diversit\u00e9 au sein de l&rsquo;administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale et m\u00e9rite donc pleinement une distinction.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La remise des prix a eu lieu lors de la journ\u00e9e f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de l\u2019inclusion, ce 28 novembre. Pour cette 12e \u00e9dition, plac\u00e9e sous le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0Du talent \u00e0 tous les \u00e2ges\u00a0\u00bb, les discussions et ateliers ont mis en lumi\u00e8re la richesse de la diversit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle et les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de la mixit\u00e9 interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle sur le lieu de travail en brisant quelques clich\u00e9s et tabous. Une th\u00e9matique inspirante qui pourrait donner naissance \u00e0 de futurs projets.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Mise \u00e0 l\u2019honneur de projets concrets<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, 8 projets \u00e9taient en lice pour remporter un prix de l\u2019inclusion. Pour pouvoir entrer en consid\u00e9ration, un projet devait \u2013 outre avoir un lien avec le th\u00e8me de la diversit\u00e9\/l\u2019inclusion \u2013 \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement ou partiellement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en 2024, \u00eatre concret et r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un\u202fobjectif de d\u00e9veloppement en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>Un jury acad\u00e9mique externe a s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 les trois meilleurs projets pour chaque cat\u00e9gorie de prix (Premier prix de l&rsquo;inclusion, prix de l\u2019originalit\u00e9, prix de la meilleure pratique). Ces projets ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s par des expertes et experts en diversit\u00e9 et inclusion externes \u00e0 l\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale. Nouveaut\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e pour le prix du public\u202f: tous les fonctionnaires f\u00e9d\u00e9raux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 voter pour leur projet pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les organisations et projets r\u00e9compens\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>Prix de l\u2019inclusion : originalit\u00e9 : ONSS \u2013 Journ\u00e9e de la solidarit\u00e9 des institutions publiques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (IPSS)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Journ\u00e9e de la Solidarit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e le 10 octobre 2024. Elle visait \u00e0 promouvoir la diversit\u00e9, l\u2019inclusion et la solidarit\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral en offrant aux collaboratrices et collaborateurs l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de s\u2019engager b\u00e9n\u00e9volement, le temps d\u2019une journ\u00e9e, au sein d\u2019organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif, au lieu de se rendre \u00e0 leur poste de travail habituel.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Premier prix de l\u2019inclusion et Meilleure Pratique : SPF BOSA pour son projet \u00ab\u00a0S\u00e9lections statutaires r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux personnes en situation de handicap\u202f: arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal du 24 mars 2024\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette nouvelle action positive permet d\u2019organiser des s\u00e9lections statutaires r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux seules personnes en situation de handicap. L\u2019objectif poursuivi est d\u2019augmenter les recrutements de ce groupe cible afin de r\u00e9aliser l\u2019objectif de 3 % d\u2019emploi de personnel en situation de handicap fix\u00e9 dans l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal du 5 octobre 2005. Ces emplois statutaires correspondent \u00e0 des emplois stables et conventionnels, ouvrant des possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re vari\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Prix du public : SPF Mobilit\u00e9 et Transports pour son projet Atelier \u00ab\u00a0Handicaps invisibles au travail\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le SPF Mobilit\u00e9 et Transports a organis\u00e9 un atelier interactif pour offrir l&rsquo;occasion aux membres de son personnel de se mettre \u00e0 la place des personnes ayant un handicap invisible. L\u2019objectif est de mieux comprendre et de sensibiliser les managers et les coll\u00e8gues aux handicaps invisibles, afin de favoriser une meilleure collaboration et de cr\u00e9er un environnement de travail plus inclusif. L\u2019atelier aborde les obstacles et les d\u00e9fis des personnes ayant un handicap invisible, ainsi que les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s qu&rsquo;elles subissent. Des solutions pratiques et des strat\u00e9gies sont \u00e9galement propos\u00e9es. La parole est \u00e9galement donn\u00e9e \u00e0 un expert du v\u00e9cu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Du talent \u00e0 tous les \u00e2ges<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lors de la Journ\u00e9e f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de l&rsquo;inclusion, les 150 participants et participantes ont eu l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 d&rsquo;assister \u00e0 la remise des prix de l&rsquo;inclusion, de visiter les stands des 8 projets en comp\u00e9tition et de participer \u00e0 divers panels et ateliers sur le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0Du talent \u00e0 tous les \u00e2ges\u00a0\u00bb. Ces sessions ont abord\u00e9 des questions essentielles telles que la compr\u00e9hension de l\u2019\u00e2gisme et ses effets, les strat\u00e9gies pour le contrer, et la diversit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente aussi au sein de chaque g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Les discussions ont \u00e9galement port\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;harmonie et la collaboration entre diff\u00e9rentes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations sur le lieu de travail, l&rsquo;importance des valeurs, de l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre entre vie priv\u00e9e et vie professionnelle, du feedback, ainsi que des possibilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement selon les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations cibl\u00e9es par le recrutement. D&rsquo;autres sujets incluaient la force du multig\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel et le mentorat entre personnes exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es (50+ ans) et jeunes d\u2019origine \u00e9trang\u00e8re en recherche d\u2019une activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: le r\u00e9seau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral inclusion r\u00e9unit les responsables inclusion de toutes les organisations f\u00e9d\u00e9rales dans le but de travailler sur une politique d&rsquo;inclusion commune. Le r\u00e9seau combine les forces et les expertises de ses membres pour r\u00e9diger des publications stimulantes, sensibiliser le personnel f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et organiser divers \u00e9v\u00e9nements.
