C\u2019est en tout cas ce qu\u2019affirment plus de six salari\u00e9s sur dix, selon le nouveau Guide des Salaires 2025 du sp\u00e9cialiste du recrutement Robert Half. Les employeurs ne partagent clairement pas cet avis.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux a d\u00e9j\u00e0 instaur\u00e9 des journ\u00e9es au bureau obligatoires pour am\u00e9liorer la productivit\u00e9, et un quart pr\u00e9voit encore de le faire. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il est important que les employeurs et les employ\u00e9s discutent de cette question\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Jo\u00ebl Poilvache, Regional Managing Director chez Robert Half.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude de Robert Half est sans appel : les employ\u00e9s belges privil\u00e9gient le travail hybride. Pas moins de 62% estiment qu\u2019il a une influence positive sur leur productivit\u00e9. Seuls 14% d\u2019entre eux y associent un effet n\u00e9gatif et 24% ne constatent aucune diff\u00e9rence. Le travail hybride constitue ainsi, selon les employ\u00e9s, le meilleur moyen d\u2019accro\u00eetre la productivit\u00e9. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux affirment que le fait de travailler en permanence \u00e0 domicile peut influencer positivement leur productivit\u00e9 \u2014 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 57% \u00e0 Bruxelles \u2014 face \u00e0 moins de quatre personnes sur dix qui pensent la m\u00eame chose d\u2019une pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 temps plein au bureau.<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u00ebl Poilvache ajoute : \u00ab\u00a0<em>De nombreux employ\u00e9s ont pu go\u00fbter au confort et \u00e0 la commodit\u00e9 du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail pendant la pand\u00e9mie, et ne veulent plus y renoncer. Les employeurs feraient donc bien de montrer \u00e9galement les avantages du travail au bureau. Il est par exemple plus facile de nouer des liens avec des coll\u00e8gues ou avec son sup\u00e9rieur lorsqu\u2019on se trouve dans la m\u00eame pi\u00e8ce. Cela profite \u00e9galement \u00e0 la productivit\u00e9 au bout du compte.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Plus de productivit\u00e9 VS plus de bien-\u00eatre<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 des employeurs estiment quant \u00e0 eux qu\u2019il est difficile de trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre, d\u2019une part, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la productivit\u00e9 en imposant par exemple davantage de journ\u00e9es au bureau et, d\u2019autre part, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du bien-\u00eatre des collaborateurs (par exemple, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre travail et vie priv\u00e9e). <em>\u00ab\u00a0Pas moins de 82% des employeurs ont du mal \u00e0 trouver cet \u00e9quilibre. Un chiffre qui grimpe m\u00eame \u00e0 90% dans le secteur technologique et informatique. Il est important de conclure de bons accords et d\u2019\u00e9laborer une politique claire pour vos employ\u00e9s afin qu\u2019ils sachent ce qu\u2019ils peuvent faire ou non pour continuer \u00e0 fonctionner de mani\u00e8re optimale et minimiser la zone de tension\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, souligne Jo\u00ebl Poilvache.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0On peut aussi se demander ce qu\u2019est exactement la productivit\u00e9. Il s\u2019agit souvent d\u2019une perception cr\u00e9\u00e9e. Les entreprises elles-m\u00eames indiquent vouloir aller au-del\u00e0 des journ\u00e9es au bureau obligatoires\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, poursuit monsieur Poilvache. Les managers envisagent notamment de cr\u00e9er davantage de possibilit\u00e9s de formation (58%), d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la communication et le feed-back (56%) et d\u2019optimiser le flux de travail (53%).<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les salari\u00e9s restent attach\u00e9s \u00e0 une certaine flexibilit\u00e9 et les entreprises feraient bien de l\u2019autoriser dans une certaine mesure\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> explique Jo\u00ebl Poilvache. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les employeurs qui s\u2019en tiennent \u00e0 un horaire rigide de 9h \u00e0 17h au bureau finiront par perdre une partie de leur comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi. Vous \u00eates pr\u00eat, en tant que patron, \u00e0 offrir plus de flexibilit\u00e9, mais la productivit\u00e9 de votre entreprise vous pr\u00e9occupe\u2009?
