C\u2019est ce qui ressort d\u2019une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par International Workplace Group (IWG), gestionnaire d&rsquo;espaces de travail flexibles, avec des marques comme Regus et Spaces. Un sondage r\u00e9alis\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de plus de 500 recruteurs r\u00e9v\u00e8le que deux tiers (67%) d\u2019entre eux observent une augmentation du nombre de candidats souhaitant quitter les employeurs imposant une pr\u00e9sence totale au bureau.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De plus, trois quarts (75%) des recruteurs signalent que des candidats refusent des postes qui n\u2019offrent pas d\u2019options de travail hybride.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Le travail hybride, une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pour Mark Dixon, PDG d\u2019International Workplace Group, la flexibilit\u00e9 est aujourd\u2019hui une exigence pour de nombreux employ\u00e9s :<em> \u00ab\u00a0Les travailleurs ne veulent plus perdre des heures dans les trajets domicile-travail. Ils recherchent des lieux de travail plus proches de chez eux, o\u00f9 ils peuvent rester motiv\u00e9s et productifs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> Le travail flexible et hybride n\u2019est plus une simple tendance, mais une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour les entreprises souhaitant rester comp\u00e9titives dans la bataille pour les talents. Cela ne se limite pas \u00e0 offrir un meilleur \u00e9quilibre aux employ\u00e9s : ce mod\u00e8le augmente \u00e9galement la productivit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duit les co\u00fbts. Dixon conclut : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les entreprises qui adoptent la flexibilit\u00e9 investissent dans l\u2019avenir de leur organisation et de leurs employ\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les trajets et la charge de travail, causes principales du d\u00e9part des employ\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le que les longs trajets et le manque de flexibilit\u00e9 sont des facteurs cl\u00e9s du taux de rotation du personnel. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (46 %) des employ\u00e9s sans possibilit\u00e9 de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail recherchent activement un nouveau poste sans obligation de trajets quotidiens. De plus, une majorit\u00e9 (77 %) des travailleurs consid\u00e8rent qu\u2019un lieu de travail plus proche de leur domicile est une priorit\u00e9 pour leur prochaine \u00e9tape de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les avantages du travail hybride pour les entreprises<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le travail hybride ne profite pas uniquement aux employ\u00e9s, mais \u00e9galement aux employeurs. Selon les recherches d\u2019IWG, trois quarts (75%) des PDG ayant mis en place un mod\u00e8le hybride rapportent une productivit\u00e9 accrue. Ces donn\u00e9es sont corrobor\u00e9es par le professeur Nicholas Bloom de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Stanford, qui a constat\u00e9 une augmentation de 3% \u00e0 4% de la productivit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce aux mod\u00e8les de travail hybride.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, Bloom met en garde contre les entreprises qui maintiennent des r\u00e8gles strictes de pr\u00e9sence au bureau, soulignant qu\u2019elles risquent de perdre leurs employ\u00e9s.
