C\u2019est le d\u00e9bat auquel nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 le plus souvent confront\u00e9s au cours de ces derni\u00e8res semaines. Pr\u00e9cision importante : le questionnement ne porte pas sur l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019IA en guise de soutien et d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de nos plateformes num\u00e9riques. Il s\u2019agit aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019\u00e9valuer la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019un vrai remplacement. En clair, imaginons que nous mettions face \u00e0 face une bonne petite \u00e9quipe RH classique et une plateforme pilot\u00e9e par l\u2019Intelligence Artificielle, en mode combat dans l\u2019octogone de la MMA\u2026 Qui sort vainqueur de cet affrontement?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, un groupe de professionnels RH rompus aux d\u00e9fis de l\u2019Exp\u00e9rience Collaborateur, habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux demandes parfois incongrues des collaborateurs. De l\u2019autre, l\u2019IA et sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 traiter dans l\u2019instant des donn\u00e9es complexes et \u00e0 proposer une solution, qu\u2019elle acceptera de retravailler sans discuter tant que le \u2018client\u2019 n\u2019est pas satisfait. S\u2019il fallait vraiment poser un choix, au lieu d\u2019organiser une cohabitation heureuse entre les deux \u2018parties\u2019, que ferions-nous ?<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Bien plus d\u00e9sormais qu\u2019un nouvel assistant personnel !<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019introduction, puis la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du recours \u00e0 l\u2019Intelligence Artificielle dans la gestion quotidienne des RH correspondait au fond \u00e0 disposer d\u2019un nouveau format d\u2019assistance personnelle. Celle qui anticipe nos besoins et coordonne sans d\u00e9lai des donn\u00e9es qui doivent \u00eatre connect\u00e9es. Il s\u2019agit de bien autre chose d\u00e9sormais.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019une part, moyennant l\u2019alimentation en donn\u00e9es de bonne qualit\u00e9, les outils digitaux sont capables d\u2019apporter une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des questions pos\u00e9es par nos collaborateurs, et ce dans tous les domaines qui concernent le People Management.<br \/>\nEt d\u2019autre part, les interfaces g\u00e9r\u00e9s par l\u2019IA sont directement accessibles \u00e0 chaque travailleur. Le contact avec l\u2019utilisateur final est d\u00e8s lors confi\u00e9 \u00e0 une plateforme num\u00e9rique, sans intervention humaine. Avec empathie, qui plus est. Le gain de temps est ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nal, la disponibilit\u00e9 totale et la qualit\u00e9 du service est constante.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Never complain, never explain<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019avantage majeur de l\u2019IA r\u00e9side peut-\u00eatre dans son caract\u00e8re imperturbable (ce qui peut la rendre irritante \u00e9galement). Nous avons toutes et tous d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019insupportable obstination du chatbot qui repart en boucle lorsque notre demande ne rentre pas dans les cases de sa programmation.<br \/>\nLa possible frustration des utilisateurs fait partie des hypoth\u00e8ses. Ni plus, ni moins. Elle s\u2019exprimera ailleurs, d\u00e8s qu\u2019un contact pourra \u00eatre \u00e9tabli avec un humain qui aura \u00e0 composer avec l\u2019insatisfaction accumul\u00e9e.<br \/>\nL\u2019Intelligence Artificielle ne se plaint jamais. Elle ne cherche pas \u00e0 justifier ses manquements. Le risque de d\u00e9bordement est nul.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Le sc\u00e9nario du grand remplacement est-il plausible ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de transf\u00e9rer la majeure partie voire l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de la gestion RH \u00e0 l\u2019IA est r\u00e9el. C\u2019est une option qui vient s\u2019ajouter \u00e0 celles qui sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponibles lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de structurer le suivi des effectifs \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019une organisation qui grandit.<br \/>\nToutefois, ce n\u2019est pas seulement un choix technologique. C\u2019est peut-\u00eatre avant tout une d\u00e9cision quant au degr\u00e9 d\u2019autonomie que nous voulons offrir \u00e0 nos collaborateurs. Le recours \u00e0 l\u2019Intelligence Artificielle va de pair avec l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation de ce que nous appelons l\u2019Employee Self Service. Est-ce la solution adapt\u00e9e et suffisante pour r\u00e9pondre aux attentes de plus en plus diverses de nos coll\u00e8gues? Nous ne le pensons toujours pas.<\/p>\n<p>Essayons de faire preuve de r\u00e9alisme et d\u2019ambition en m\u00eame temps. L\u2019empathie n\u2019est plus un argument suffisant pour diff\u00e9rencier l\u2019apport de l\u2019IA et de l\u2019humain en mati\u00e8re de RH. Pas plus que le degr\u00e9 de personnalisation dans le service que nous pouvons offrir aux utilisateurs.<br \/>\nPour le moment, le parti pris dominant est celui de la compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9. Pour combien de temps encore ?<br \/>\nLe futur d\u2019une gestion RH assur\u00e9e par de bons professionnels faits de chair et de sang passera sans doute par notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 composer des organisations insolites, \u00e0 r\u00e9unir des profils diff\u00e9rents au sein d\u2019une \u00e9quipe unique, \u00e0 imaginer de nouvelles fonctions et de nouveaux r\u00f4les pour celles et ceux qui ne rentrent pas dans les cases.
