Le travailleur belge privil\u00e9gie-t-il la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 tout prix?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude annonce en effet qu&rsquo;en 2014, <em>\u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 peine 9% des travailleurs belges ont chang\u00e9 volontairement d\u2019employeur. Au niveau international, cette proportion atteint 14%. Les Belges sont \u00e9galement moins enclins \u00e0 changer d\u2019employeur dans un avenir proche. Ils sont seulement 13% \u00e0 l\u2019envisager alors que la moyenne mondiale culmine \u00e0 22%. En fait, il n\u2019y a qu\u2019en cas de licenciement que les Belges sont dans la moyenne globale. En 2014, 5% des travailleurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 licenci\u00e9s par leurs employeurs en Belgique, pour 6% \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude affiche la disparit\u00e9 importante entre les pays sond\u00e9s sur le plan de la mobilit\u00e9 volontaire. En Russie, 20% des travailleurs ont chang\u00e9 spontan\u00e9ment d\u2019employeur en 2014. Une tendance comparable \u00e0 la Hongrie, l\u2019Inde et Singapour o\u00f9 la moyenne \u00e9tait de 18%. Des chiffres bien sup\u00e9rieurs aux indicateurs relev\u00e9s entre autres au Japon (6%), aux Pays-Bas (8%), en Italie, en Espagne et en Belgique (9%).<br \/>\nLorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de d\u00e9tecter les intentions des travailleurs quant au changement d&#8217;employeur dans un avenir proche, les diff\u00e9rences entre les pays sont encore plus prononc\u00e9es. L\u2019Inde, la Chine et Singapour sont intouchables avec respectivement 37%, 32% et 30%. Dans le bas du classement, nous retrouvons la Belgique (13%), le Japon (14%), l\u2019Allemagne (15%) et les Pays-Bas (16%).<\/p>\n<p>Selon cette \u00e9tude toujours, le pourcentage de travailleurs licenci\u00e9s est trois fois moins \u00e9lev\u00e9 que la proportion de ceux qui ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 eux-m\u00eames de quitter leur employeur. Les analystes en d\u00e9duisent que les travailleurs surestiment sans doute le d\u00e9part volontaire et sous-estiment le licenciement par l\u2019employeur. A titre indicatif, il faut signaler qu&rsquo;au Japon moins de 2% des travailleurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 licenci\u00e9s par leur employeur. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019Espagne obtient le plus haut score avec 10% et la Belgique enregistre 5%&#8230; Les diff\u00e9rences entre les pays sont, en grande partie, dues \u00e0 la conception institutionnelle des march\u00e9s du travail. Par cons\u00e9quent, la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 et les proc\u00e9dures de licenciement en Belgique ralentissent la mobilit\u00e9. Il faut \u00e9galement compter sur l\u2019impact des effets conjoncturels. En temps de conjoncture favorable, la mobilit\u00e9 volontaire augmente alors que le nombre de licenciements diminue.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pour quelles raisons en fait?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les raisons \u00e9voqu\u00e9es par les travailleurs sont assez coh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelon international. Les plus importantes sont : le manque d\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de carri\u00e8re (voir \u00e0 ce sujet notre article: https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/pourquoi-nos-collaborateurs-decident-de-partir-carriere-ou-argent\/), un salaire inad\u00e9quat et la difficult\u00e9 de concilier travail et vie priv\u00e9e. Le top 3 belge se compose du manque d\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de carri\u00e8re, le manque de reconnaissance et le d\u00e9sint\u00e9r\u00eat du job.
