Cette \u00e9tude confirme un int\u00e9r\u00eat certain pour les technologies de rupture (IA, quantique) et au service du bien commun (num\u00e9rique responsable).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les principaux enseignements, on observe au niveau international que :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les technologies pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es des jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s au niveau international sont en lien avec la Green IT (23%) devant le quantique (22%), et l\u2019IA (18%) ;<\/li>\n<li>Les trois premiers crit\u00e8res dans le choix d\u2019un emploi sont la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration (47%), les opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re (36%), l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e (36%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude illustrent l\u2019importance croissante des technologies de rupture et des valeurs soci\u00e9tales dans les aspirations des jeunes talents du monde de la tech. Les technologies \u00e9mergentes captivent davantage, au moins pour un premier emploi, que celles qui sont en cours d\u2019industrialisation. Pour une entreprise comme Sopra Steria, cela confirme une exigence n\u00e9cessaire dans notre rapport \u00e0 l\u2019innovation\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> commente Louis-Maxime N\u00e8gre.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, crit\u00e8re principal de choix pour 47% des jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de leurs pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences technologiques, les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s des secteurs technologiques manifestent d\u2019importantes attentes envers leurs futurs employeurs, notamment sur les aspects RH. Les trois principales priorit\u00e9s identifi\u00e9es sont :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, crit\u00e8re principal pour 47% des jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e, prioritaire pour 36%<\/li>\n<li>Les opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re, \u00e9galement cit\u00e9es par 36% des r\u00e9pondants au niveau international.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une fois en poste, les attentes RH \u00e9voluent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. L\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e reste l\u2019offre RH pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e des jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s (pour 53% des r\u00e9pondants), devant les programmes de d\u00e9veloppements de carri\u00e8re (48%) et la formation (43%).<\/p>\n<p>Concernant les solutions d\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et personnelle, plusieurs dispositifs figurent parmi les options pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es des jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail est largement pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9\u2026 \u00e0 2 ou 3 jours par semaine pour 85% des personnes interrog\u00e9es ; ce chiffre int\u00e9ressant vient nuancer les tendances \u00e9mergentes d\u2019un retour complet au bureau, tout en excluant la norme d\u2019un 100% t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/li>\n<li>Suivi de pr\u00e8s par le freelancing (81 %).
