Le secteur des services \u00e9tant pressenti comme le plus touch\u00e9. Mais ce chiffre n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment n\u00e9gatif : les employ\u00e9s belges font en effet preuve d\u2019une grande disposition \u00e0 se reconvertir ou \u00e0 se recycler.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Six salari\u00e9s sur dix sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 suivre des formations si leur travail devenait plus automatis\u00e9 ou si leur employeur leur demandait d\u2019assumer un r\u00f4le diff\u00e9rent au sein de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l\u2019intelligence artificielle est en plein essor. De ChatGPT \u00e0 Microsoft CoPilot, l\u2019IA a trouv\u00e9 sa place au sein du monde du travail. Les employ\u00e9s belges y ont \u00e9galement de plus en plus souvent recours. 45% d\u2019entre eux s\u2019attendent d\u2019ailleurs \u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle ait un impact positif sur leur emploi actuel ou leurs perspectives de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><em>Jo\u00ebl Poilvache, Regional Managing Director chez Robert Half, explique : \u00ab\u00a0Alors qu\u2019auparavant, l\u2019automatisation \u00e9tait uniquement associ\u00e9e aux pertes d\u2019emploi, de plus en plus de travailleurs voient aujourd\u2019hui les opportunit\u00e9s qu\u2019elle offre. Il y a soudain de la place pour des formations compl\u00e9mentaires, qui sont \u00e9galement utiles plus tard dans la carri\u00e8re. Mais il est aussi important de consid\u00e9rer l\u2019IA comme une aide suppl\u00e9mentaire qui facilite les t\u00e2ches r\u00e9p\u00e9titives, de sorte qu\u2019un employ\u00e9 puisse vraiment se concentrer sur sa valeur ajout\u00e9e, comme sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019analyse et son esprit critique.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>9 entreprises sur 10 pr\u00e9voient une plus grande automatisation<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le par ailleurs que les entrepreneurs belges miseront massivement sur une automatisation plus pouss\u00e9e de leur entreprise l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine. Plus de 9 entreprises sur 10 affirment ainsi qu\u2019elles poursuivront leur automatisation au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir. Dans ce cadre, la moiti\u00e9 des employeurs se pencheront sur la reconversion ou le recyclage de leurs collaborateurs. Un quart craint de voir dispara\u00eetre certains postes au sein de leur entreprise. \u00c0 peine 8% des entreprises indiquent n\u2019avoir aucun projet d\u2019automatisation plus approfondie.<\/p>\n<p>Les raisons d\u2019automatiser sont diverses, mais la majorit\u00e9 des entreprises le font pour r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts, augmenter l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et la productivit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duire les erreurs humaines. Un quart d\u2019entre elles pr\u00e9voient de poursuivre en ce sens parce qu\u2019elles ne trouvent pas de personnel qualifi\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Principalement les d\u00e9partements informatiques et num\u00e9riques<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Une entreprise sur trois souhaite automatiser ses processus l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine, en recrutant des profils sp\u00e9cifiques dot\u00e9s de comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re d\u2019IA ou d\u2019automatisation. Il s\u2019agit essentiellement d\u2019entreprises bas\u00e9es \u00e0 Bruxelles. La moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre elles d\u00e9clarent qu\u2019elles poursuivront leur automatisation, contre 28% en Flandre et 24% en Wallonie. En termes de domaines, on constate que le d\u00e9partement informatique et num\u00e9rique mise particuli\u00e8rement sur une plus grande automatisation (57%). Dans les domaines de l\u2019administration (32%), de la finance et de la comptabilit\u00e9 (25%) et du droit (22%), cette volont\u00e9 est nettement moins forte.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Bruxelles accueille de nombreuses entreprises internationales, qui ont tendance \u00e0 automatiser plus rapidement parce que les gains en la mati\u00e8re y sont plus importants. Elles se trouvent souvent dans un processus mondial d\u2019automatisation, et les filiales belges en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient \u00e9galement\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Jo\u00ebl Poilvache. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Si l\u2019on examine les diff\u00e9rents domaines, on constate qu\u2019un d\u00e9partement comme la finance et la comptabilit\u00e9 s\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 fortement num\u00e9ris\u00e9 au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Les automatisations suppl\u00e9mentaires ne sont souvent que des ajouts d\u2019IA \u00e0 leurs logiciels existants. Quant aux d\u00e9partements informatiques et num\u00e9riques, ils cherchent chaque jour \u00e0 innover et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une valeur ajout\u00e9e pour leur entreprise. Lorsqu\u2019un service g\u00e8re les gadgets les plus r\u00e9cents, cela se r\u00e9percute positivement sur les clients.
