Les PME sont moins nombreuses (8%) \u00e0 envisager de licencier du personnel au cours des six prochains mois. Leur enthousiasme \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de recruter de nouveaux collaborateurs a toutefois baiss\u00e9 (43% contre 48%). <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bonne nouvelle\u202f: le nombre de PME qui s\u2019attendent \u00e0 devoir se s\u00e9parer d\u2019une partie de leurs collaborateurs au cours des six prochains mois a recul\u00e9 de 8% par rapport \u00e0 mai\u202f2024.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La confiance perdure<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 l\u2019incertitude qui plane toujours sur l\u2019\u00e9conomie, 3\u202fPME sur 10 (33%) se disent toujours optimistes quant \u00e0 leurs perspectives \u00e9conomiques, selon la derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition du barom\u00e8tre semestriel de l\u2019emploi dans les PME r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par Acerta, ETION et VKW Limburg. Elles sont donc un peu moins nombreuses qu\u2019il y a six mois, o\u00f9 elles \u00e9taient encore 35% \u00e0 se montrer positives quant aux perspectives \u00e9conomiques de leur entreprise. Aujourd\u2019hui, elles ne sont plus que 33%. Par ailleurs, plus de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre elles (51%) ne se disent ni positives ni n\u00e9gatives \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.<\/p>\n<p>Annelies Baelus, experte \u00ab\u00a0march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi\u00a0\u00bb aupr\u00e8s du Centre de connaissances d\u2019Acerta\u202fConsult, explique\u202f: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Contrairement \u00e0 ce que l\u2019on pourrait penser, les tensions g\u00e9opolitiques, les difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 former le nouveau gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et les r\u00e9organisations attendues dans les grandes entreprises n\u2019entament gu\u00e8re la confiance de nos PME belges en leur avenir. En effet, pr\u00e8s de deux tiers d\u2019entre elles (64%) s\u2019attendent \u00e0 ce que leurs effectifs restent inchang\u00e9s au cours des six prochains mois. Nous pouvons donc nous r\u00e9jouir.\u2009\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Geert Janssens, \u00e9conomiste en chef chez ETION, ajoute\u202f: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Dans certains secteurs, le climat \u00e9conomique montre une l\u00e9g\u00e8re am\u00e9lioration. Dans le m\u00eame temps, la flamb\u00e9e des co\u00fbts de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et les tensions internationales continuent de peser lourdement sur le milieu de l\u2019entrepreneuriat. L\u2019optimisme relatif aux perspectives d\u2019emploi est principalement d\u00fb \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution d\u00e9mographique plut\u00f4t qu\u2019au cycle \u00e9conomique. La p\u00e9nurie de talents est donc un probl\u00e8me structurel.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La stabilit\u00e9\u202f: une priorit\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u200bLa majorit\u00e9 des petites et moyennes entreprises de notre pays consid\u00e8rent toujours que \u00ab\u00a0retenir leurs collaborateurs\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0attirer les collaborateurs ad\u00e9quats\u00a0\u00bb constitueront les principaux d\u00e9fis\u202fRH pour les six mois \u00e0 venir. Cela se traduit \u00e9galement par leur intention de ne pas proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des licenciements massifs. De fait, seules 36% des PME interrog\u00e9es s\u2019attendent \u00e0 devoir se s\u00e9parer d\u2019une partie de leur personnel, soit 8% de moins qu\u2019en mai\u202f2024.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Au contraire, 43% des PME pr\u00e9voient d\u2019embaucher du personnel suppl\u00e9mentaire, soit un peu moins (5%) qu\u2019il y a six mois\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Annelies Baelus. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Si l\u2019on examine l\u2019\u00e9volution des chiffres au fil des ann\u00e9es, il ne s\u2019agit toutefois pas d\u2019un changement radical, m\u00eame si cela indique un nouveau refroidissement du march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi. Les entreprises pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent conserver leurs collaborateurs qu\u2019en engager de nouveaux. On peut donc dire que les PME adoptent une approche plut\u00f4t attentiste et visent \u00e0 stabiliser leur personnel au maximum. Il ne faut en effet pas oublier que 67\u202f% d\u2019entre elles s\u2019attendent encore \u00e0 avoir du mal, voire beaucoup de mal \u00e0 attirer les talents ad\u00e9quats. Elles pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent donc favoriser l\u2019engagement de leurs collaborateurs et les encourager \u00e0 se recycler et \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir les comp\u00e9tences requises.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ruben Lemmens, administrateur d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de VKW Limburg, indique\u202f: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le barom\u00e8tre de l\u2019emploi dans les PME montre qu\u2019en d\u00e9pit de la conjoncture \u00e9conomique difficile, nos PME continuent d\u2019enregistrer une croissance de l\u2019emploi au cours des six prochains mois. Cela indique une fois de plus \u00e0 quel point nos entreprises sont fortes, ambitieuses et motiv\u00e9es. Nos entrepreneurs \u0153uvrent courageusement pour leur avenir, et ce, main dans la main avec leurs collaborateurs. M\u00eame les entreprises qui ne pr\u00e9voient pas de recruter du personnel suppl\u00e9mentaire ont souvent des postes vacants. Cependant, trouver les collaborateurs ad\u00e9quats demeure un d\u00e9fi de taille, un d\u00e9fi que nous ne pourrons relever qu\u2019en r\u00e9formant notre march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi de fond en comble.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: les donn\u00e9es sont le r\u00e9sultat du sixi\u00e8me barom\u00e8tre\u202fPME qu\u2019Acerta organise deux fois par an aupr\u00e8s d\u2019employeurs\u202fPME (comptant moins de 100\u202ftravailleurs) en collaboration avec les organisations patronales ETION et VKW\u202fLimburg.
